Lottery participant rules

1. Eligibility

Players must be 19 or older, and use a major credit card, visa Debit or MasterCard Debit________________________________________

2. Entry Process

All entries must be submitted through the official raffle platform. All tickets numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier ( ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.________________________________________

3. Employee Play

No direct JHS (Miramichi) employee may enter this raffle.________________________________________4. Payment Rules

Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

1 ticket for $5

3 tickets for $10

10 tickets for $25

30 tickets for $50

5. Raffle Period

Ticket sales will end on November 21,2025 at 1:30 PM with the draw taking place at 599 king George HWY,Suit 4 via Facebook live at 2:00pm________________________________________

6. Draw and Winner Selection

The winner will be determined by random draw using a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via email, phone, or direct message. The Winner has 05 days to claim their prize, a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 05 days if the prize goes unclaimed.________________________________________

8. Prizes

The Winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of tickets sales up to a maximum of 150,000.________________________________________

9. Fair Play

Participants must not use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage. Violators will be disqualified without refund.________________________________________

10. Organizer Rights

The organizers reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the raffle at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or violations of these rules.
