Raffle Rules 50/50

1) Players of this 50/50 must reside in Ontario, be 18 years of age or older, and must use a major credit card of Visa debit card to purchase. Credit cards used for payment must have an Ontario address. Employees, of Meals on Wheels Sudbury, and their immediate family members living at the same address are ineligible.

2) The prize will be 50% of the total raised. Total raised is unknown at this time.

3) Tickets will go on sale May 4 to June 12.

4) Tickets will be available for sale online. Tickets will be automatically generated through Rafflebox.

5) Tickets will be sold at a rate of – 30 for $10, 100 for $25, 250 for $50

6) Draws will take place on June 13, 2026 at 1:30 pm

7) The winner will be determined by random-number generator draw. The winner will be contacted by phone or email and will be verified by showing the winning ticket number. Once the winner is confirmed a cheque will be issued form our lottery trust account.

8) Draw results will be announced on Facebook and Kiss 105.3. it will also be published at the Meals on Wheels (Sudbury) location, 1127 Bancroft Dr, Sudbury On. We will also be calling the winner.

9) By purchasing a ticket, purchaser agrees to allow Meals on Wheels (Sudbury) to use purchaser’s name and image without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.

10) The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for.

11) In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning stub will be kept in a safety deposit box and held for 6 months. After that time period has elapsed the prize will be donated to a charity other than Meals on Wheels (Sudbury) with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
