1) Players of this lottery must reside in Ontario, be 18 years of age or older, and must use a major credit card or Visa debit card to purchase. Credit cards used for payment must have an Ontario address.
2) Tickets may be sold and purchased in Ontario only. Orders will not be accepted via the Internet from anyone outside the Province of Ontario or any non-residents of Ontario.
3) Tickets will only be available for sale online at: https://www.rafflebox.ca/raffle/hsc-on5050. Tickets sold through the website are provided to the ticket holder via a valid email address.
4) Tickets will be sold from May 1, 2026 at 9:00 a.m to May 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m., with the draw taking place on June 1, 2026 in Waterloo, ON.
5) Tickets will be sold at a rate of – 1 for $10, 4 for $20, 20 for $50, 50 for $100. Raffle tickets are non-refundable, final sale.
6) The winner will receive a prize of cash equal to 50% of the total ticket sales. Ticket sales information will be updated in real time at https://www.rafflebox.ca/raffle/hsc-on5050. Winner will receive their prize via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or by cheque if requested by winner.
7) The draw will take place using the approved & certified Rafflebox Random Number Generator (RNG). The winner will be contacted by phone or email. The winning ticket holder has six months to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for. In the event a winner does not come forward, the winning number will be kept on file in a secure location and held for six months. After that time period has elapsed, the prize will be donated to the Huntington Society of Canada, with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
8) The winner will be contacted by phone or email and eligibility will be confirmed by the presentation of driver’s license or other government-issued document. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.
9) Draw results will be announced on Huntington Society of Canada’s website, Facebook, Instagram, and email newsletter.
10) By purchasing a ticket, purchaser agrees to allow Huntington Society of Canada to use purchaser’s name and image without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.
11) The winning ticket holder has six months to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for.
12) Employees and board members of the Huntington Society of Canada, employees of Rafflebox, and any member of their household are ineligible to participate in this raffle.
13) Lotto ticket purchases are not eligible for a charitable tax receipt.
