1. Players must be 18 YEARS OF AGE OLD OR OLDER, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit.

2. Tickets will be available online at: https://www.rafflebox.ca/raffle/hhf

and sold at a rate of:

3. Ticket sales will end on SATURDAY, JUNE 6TH, 2026 at 11:59PM with the draw taking place at 44 UPJOHN ROAD, TORONTO, ON, M3B 2W1 on MONDAY, JUNE 8TH, 2026 AT 10:00AM.

4. The winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of total ticket sales.

5. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.

6. The winner will be determined by a random draw using a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

7. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. As per AGCO lottery licensing policy, the winner will have a period of six (6) months to claim their prize. Prize money which is not claimed will be secured and placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. If at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.

8. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.

9. The following individuals are ineligible to participate in the HHF 50/50 Raffle lottery:

a. An individual under the age of 18;

b. An individual who is known by the Service Provider to have been restricted from accessing any Charitable Gaming Centre or playing a lottery scheme as of a court order;

c. An individual who the Service Provider has reason to believe has been excluded from Charitable Gaming Centre under subsection 5.6 (I) of the Gaming Control Act, 1992;

d. Officers, members of the Board of Directors of the Service Provider responsible for the operation of the Charitable Gaming Centre;

e. Registered gaming assistants of a Service Provider at any Charitable Gaming Centre operated by that Service Provider;

f. Executives or staff of a trade union who represent or negotiate on behalf of employees at any Charitable Gaming Centre;

g. Employees of registered suppliers who maintain or repair Gaming Equipment at any Charitable Gaming Centre;

h. Members of the Board of Directors, or of the AGCO; and

i. Officers, members of the Board of Directors or employees of the OLG.
