50/50 Rules
1. All tickets will only be sold to people who are of legal age in the state of Illinois.
2. Tickets can be purchased for 1 for $1.00, 6 for $5.00, 25 for $20.00 or 130 for $100.00
3. Ticket sales will end on June 21st at 5:00 pm and the winner will be selected and announced at the beginning of the demo derby in the grandstand that night.
4. Tickets will be sold using an electronic raffle system supplied by Rafflebox.
5. After buying, patrons will receive a confirmation e-mailed with their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.
6. The amount of the 50/50 will be displayed on the RaffleBox website.
7. The winning ticket number will be selected by the Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw, and posted on the website and the fair Facebook page.
8. The winner may claim their prize by contacting the Henry County Fair office.
9. The winning ticket holder has 30 days in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw for which their ticket was purchased.
10. The winner must provide his/her name, address, and phone number with picture identification.
11. Once the certified winner is verified, they will be given a check in the amount of the declared prize which is 50% of the total sales for that draw. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.
12. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning stub will be kept and held for 6 months. After that time period has elapsed, the prize will be donated back to the Henry County Fair Assocation.
13. A director is not able to purchase raffle tickets.
