Rule of Play

1.ELIGIBILITY

a) Ticket purchasers must be located within the province of Saskatchewan.

b) Must be 18 or older to participate.

c) Must use a valid email address to purchase and claim prizes.

d) Currently employed Harvest Staff, (including Harvest-owned SARCANs), board members, or people involved in the conduct and management of the raffle are not allowed to purchase tickets.

e) People participating in the program, volunteers, as well as their immediate family are allowed to purchase tickets.

f) Immediate family of currently employed harvest staff and family of board members are allowed to purchase tickets.

2. TICKET DETAILS

a) Purchase Price of Tickets:

• 1 for $5

• 5 for $20

• 15 for $50

b) Maximum tickets being made available for sale:15,000

c) The date, time and location will be as follows:

Sales end on: May 15, 11:59 p.m. 2026

50/50 Raffle Draw: May 19, 9:30 a.m. 2026,

Draw Location: Harvest Community Inc. Kronau Saskatchewan S0G 2T0

d) The Prize is 50% of tickets sales; maximum of $25000 winning prize.

3. METHOD

a) Only 1 draw where the winner will receive 50% of tickets sales raised during the ticket sales period.

b) Winner will be contacted via Email.

c) The winner will be determined by Rafflebox’s, SLGA approved, Random Number Generator.

d)The winner shall be announced to all participants via electronic notification. Purchasers do not need to be present at the time of draw.

4. OTHER RESTRICTIONS TO THE WINNING PRIZE

The organization is not responsible for difficulties arising in contacting the winner due to the winner entering inaccurate contact information at the time of purchase.

5. CONDITIONS

a) There is only one draw to be conducted, no subsequent draws after that.

b) The organization shall hold prizes that are unclaimed in a secure location for 1 year from the draw date.

c) If the prize is not claimed in that year the prize will be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by SLGA.

6 PURCHASING TICKETS

a) Tickets can only be purchased online through Rafflebox.

b) Tickets are final sale and non-transferable.
