Only 2500 tickets per prize package will be sold. Tickets are numbered 1000 through 3499
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket.
Drawings are subject to the sale of at least 1,800 tickets. Any unsold tickets become the property of the Harrod Volunteer Fire Department.
If the raffle is canceled for any reason, the purchase price will be refunded. Harrod Volunteer Fire Department reserves the right to postpone the event due to a national emergency or unforeseen acts of God.
All winning numbers will be drawn from barrel printed tickets.
Winners claiming their prize must show WINNING TICKET and PHOTO I.D.
The complete winners’ will be announced at the Harrod Event Center on March 14th , 2026 at 9PM. In the event of a sell out, the winners will be announced the following day from the last ticket sold.
All winners are responsible for picking up or transporting their prize and must claim and pick up their prizes, or arrange delivery, within 30 days of the event.
Winners are subject to ALL applicable taxes.
The ticket must be in an individual’s name. A company or business cannot be a ticket holder.
Winners will be drawn in order of the following list of prizes:
Raffle one prize 1: New 2025 Jeep Gladiator Nighthawk 4x4 or $40,000 dealer credit
Raffle two prize 1: New 2025 Polaris RZR XP 2 Seater or $14,000 dealer credit,
Prize 2: New 2024 CFMoto UForce 1000 or $13,000 dealer credit
** All prizes will be drawn at live event at the Harrod Event Center, located at 9520 Harrod Rd, Harrod Ohio 45850 on NOVEMBER 15th 2025 unless sold out sooner. If the tickets sell out before the event, the draw will be conducted the following day.after the last ticket is sold. Need not to be present to win any of the prizes listed above.
** Tax, Title and Setup Fee's for vehicle prizes will be paid for by Harrod Fire Department.
Winner's will be contacted by a member of the Harrod Volunteer Fire Dept to arrange pickup and details for the winners. By accepting a ticket for the Harrod Volunteer Fire Department fundraising raffle, the holder, on behalf of themselves, their guests, invitees, and other attendees, agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Harrod Volunteer Fire Department and any other affiliated Directors, Officers, Members, staff, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and persons or organizations from any and all injuries, damages, actions, claims, liabilities, demands, suits, judgments, losses and expenses, whatsoever, including but not limited to attorneys fees, which may in any manner arise or be alleged to have arisen, or result or be alleged to have resulted, from any prize obtained through the sale of tickets and/or from the activities or events in connection with the Harrod Volunteer Fire Department raffle fundraiser. This shall include, without limitation, any claim for bodily injury, death, property damage, or for any loss or damage whatsoever, and further including without limitation, any claim or claims arising out of the fundraiser and prizes.
By accepting a ticket for the Harrod Volunteer Fire Department raffle, the holder of this ticket, on behalf of themselves, their guests, invitees, and other attendees, acknowledges and assumes full responsibility and liability for any injuries, damages, losses, or liability that may arise, resulting from, or occurring in relation to the prizes awarded from the raffle.
1. All tickets will only be sold to people who are of legal age in the state of Ohio.
2. Ticket purchasers must be in the State of Ohio at the time of purchase. Void where prohibited.
3. Tickets can be purchased for $40.00 for 1 ticket for prize 1 as listed above (Jeep Gladiator), $20 for 1 ticket for prizes 2 & 3 as listed above. Prizes 2 & 3 are bundled into a single ticket package.
4. Tickets can be purchased online at //rafflebox.us/raffle/harrod-fd
5. Tickets will be sold using an electronic raffle system supplied by Rafflebox.
6. After buying online, patrons will receive a confirmation e-mailed with their registered numbers. In person sales will only receive a paper ticket with their numbers.
7. The winning ticket number will be selected by the tumbler at the event from all raffle numbers sold for the draw, and posted on the website raffle website.
8. The winning ticket holder has 30 days in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw for which their ticket was purchased.
9. The winner must provide his/her name, address, and phone number with picture identification.
10. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning stub will be kept and held for 1 month. After that time period has elapsed, the prize will be donated back to Harrod Fire and Rescue

12. Prizes may not be immediately available depending on dealer availability.
