HALIFAX PRIDE 2026 RAFFLE HOUSE RULES
1. ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be individuals who are 19 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER at the time of ticket
purchase.
Tickets are not eligible for purchase by:
● Halifax Pride staff, board members, contractors, or volunteers directly involved in the
planning or execution of the raffle
● Immediate family members or household members of the above individuals
(“Immediate family” includes spouse/partner, parents, siblings, children, and anyone
residing in the same household)
2. TICKET SALES
Tickets will be sold online only through Rafflebox: www.rafflebox.ca
Ticket pricing is as follows:
● 1 ticket / $5
● 3 tickets / $10
● 30 tickets / $20
● 100 tickets / $50
● 250 tickets / $100
Ticket sales begin: MONDAY, JULY 13, 2026 AT 7:00 PM ADT
Ticket sales close: SUNDAY, JULY 26, 2026 AT 5:30 PM ADT
3. DRAW DETAILS
The draw will take place at:
Halifax Commons Ball Diamond #7
SUNDAY, JULY 26, 2026 AT 6:00 PM ADT
The draw will be conducted using the Rafflebox electronic random number generator system.
The draw is final and binding, and results are determined automatically by the system without
manual selection.
4. MINIMUM TICKET SALES REQUIREMENT (REQUIRED)
A minimum of 7 tickets must be sold to ensure there is a winner for every prize.
If this minimum is not reached by the scheduled draw date, Halifax Pride will request an
extension of the draw date.
5. PRIZES
Prizes are as follows:
PRIZE 1: Gift Certificate to The Wine Spa: $150.00
PRIZE 2: 2 Party Cruise Tickets with Ambassatours: $150.00
PRIZE 3: Gift Certificate to Super Rad Not Bad Tattoo: $250.00
PRIZE 4: Patagonia Halifax Prize package: $500
PRIZE 5: iPad: $650.00
PRIZE 6: GoodLife Fitness 1-Year Membership: $1,175.00
PRIZE 7: DermaEnvy: 6 Full Body Laser Treatments: $10,000.00
6. ORDER OF PRIZE DRAW
Prizes will be awarded form LOWEST VALUE TO HIGHEST VALUE
Each prize will be drawn separately.
7. WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be selected using the Rafflebox certified random number generator system.
Winning numbers will be announced at the time of the draw and published on Halifax Pride’s
official social media channels.
There will be one (1) winner per prize.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION & CLAIMS
Winners not present at the draw will be contacted using the email address associated with their
ticket purchase.
Halifax Pride will make at least THREE (3) contact attempts over a period of 90 DAYS.
If a winner cannot be reached or does not claim their prize within 90 days of the draw date, the
prize will be awarded through a secondary draw for the original prize value.
9. CASH IN LIEU OF PRIZES
Cash will not be offered in lieu of prizes under any circumstances.
10. PUBLICATION CONSENT
By participating, entrants consent to the publication of their winning ticket number, prize, and
preferred name for promotional and reporting purposes.
11. DISQUALIFICATION / INVALID TICKETS
Any ticket held by individuals prohibited under Section 1 will be deemed invalid and ineligible for
prizes. This includes the licensee and any individuals directly involved in administering the raffle.
12. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Halifax Pride reserves the right to:
● Correct errors or omissions in the listing of prizes or rules
● Ensure compliance with applicable licensing requirements
● Make administrative decisions necessary to ensure fair operation of the draw
● Work within the guidelines of the Alcohol and Gaming Division of the Nova Scotia
Government for any change.
