Canadian Mental Health Association – Calgary Region (CMHA Calgary) will operate the raffle according to the Criminal Code (Canada), the Gaming and Liquor Act, the Gaming and Liquor Regulation and Board policies established under the legislation, including these terms and conditions.
CMHA Calgary and our 2026 Raffle adhere to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
CMHA Calgary’s raffle event is conducted and managed completely within the province of Alberta.
Any approved amendments that affect the awarding of prizes will result in immediate notification to ticket holders by way of advertising and will have unsold tickets amended.
Procedures for the secure storage, distribution, and the secure receipt and deposit of cash proceeds are in place.
Raffle Rules include the following:
CMHA Calgary has established and will maintain rules to govern the conduct of the draw and awarding of the prize. Rules are available to ticket buyers, if requested.
A requirement that the licensed charity’s raffle ticket sellers advise adult ticket buyers not to write the name of a person under 18 years of age on the ticket.
There are no restrictions on the licensed charity’s members, or their families' buying tickets.
Raffle is open to all persons who are in the Province of Alberta when purchasing tickets. Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.
By playing, participants consent to having their name and winning numbers published.
Tickets will be sold from 6:00 am on June 15, 2026 to 7:45 pm on July 1, 2026. Tickets can be purchased online through Rafflebox starting June 2, 2026 – July 1st, 2026 and in person at the Bullbustin’ event on July 1st, 2026.
The draw will take place on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at 7:45 pm. The location of the draw is at Grey Eagle Resort and Casino, 3777 Grey Eagle Drive, Calgary AB. The draw is open to the public.
Only upon demonstrating extraordinary circumstances to Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) will the Licensee make a request for draw extension.
Buyers will have the option to buy raffle tickets at 1 for $25, 20 for $50, 50 for $100 or 100 for $150.
Prize awarded will be 50% of total ticket sales up to a maximum of $20,000.
The prize will be paid by EFT or cheque to be arranged by CMHA Calgary and the winner.
The event emcee will announce the winning ticket. Raffle coordinator and CMHA Calgary representative will wait next to the emcee to verify winning ticket. When the winner has been verified they will be asked to sign their name and include address, phone number and confirm amount won.
If more than one name is written on a winning ticket stub, the prize will be awarded to the first individual named on the ticket stub. Neither CMHA Calgary nor AGLC is responsible for any disputes among the individuals whose names are written on the ticket stub.
If a power failure or technical issue prevents the draw, it will be delayed and held as soon as possible once resolved. The draw location and timing may be adjusted if needed. All tickets remain valid, and any updates will be shared through CMHA Calgary’s official channels.
If a winner cannot be located, the winning number will be posted on the CMHA Calgary website for 90 days (until 12 pm September 30th, 2026). If the winner is not located by 12 pm on September 30th, 2026, the unclaimed prize will be donated back to the charity.

Total Canadian Mental Health Association - Calgary Region Raffle Tickets available are 20,080 tickets.
QTY 80 @ 1 for $25 - $2,000 value
QTY 4000 @ 20 for $50 - $10,000 value
QTY 8,000 @ 50 for $100 - $16,000 value
QTY 8,000 @ 100 for $150 - $12,000 value
Prize awarded will be 50% of total ticket sales up to a maximum of $20,000.
No refunds available. All raffle ticket sales are final.
