1. Gymtastiks 50/50 is open to public and subject to provincial laws and regulations.

2. You must be 19+ to purchase a ticket and a Saskatchewan resident

3. The 50/50 tickets will be sold online using Rafflebox.

4. You must purchase a 50/50 ticket to win.

5. The draw will take place May 25th 2026 at Gymtastiks of Moose Jaw 24 Chester Road Unit 2, Moose Jaw, SK, S6J 1M2 at 1:30 pm.

6. Ticket prices are 1/$5, 5/$20, 25/$50 & 100/$100

7. All participants will have their name, and phone number recorded online.

8. The draw will be conducted using RNG (Random Number Generator) on the Rafflebox platform a registered ERS (Electronic Raffle Supplier). If the draw cannot take place, the draw will be held as soon as possible, with approval from SLGA. This is only if an unforeseen circumstance should happen.

9. Winners will be paid by cheque to the exact name recorded online. Payment will be issued two weeks following the draw date.

10. Winnings can be picked up at 24 Chester Road Unit 2 Moose Jaw, SK S6J 1M2. Photo I.D. will be required

11. Winners will be contacted using information they provided at the time they purchased ticket.

12. Any unclaimed prizes will be held in a secure location for the period of one year. If unclaimed in that year, the prize will be donated to an approved SLGA charitable beneficiary.

13. Total prize value for the draw cannot exceed $75,000

14. By purchasing a ticket, you approve to having your name, number, and jackpot prize published.

17. Immediate family can purchase a ticket. Those involved in the conduct and management can not purchase a ticket

18. There will be a maximum 150,000 tickets sold.

19. The main prize will be 50% of the gross sales.
