1. The Raffle is open to all persons who are located in the Province of Alberta when purchasing tickets online and are 18 years of age or older. The name of a minor must not be used to purchase a ticket.

2. Electronic Raffle System Administrators and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. In addition, elected Glen Allan School Council (GASC) and elected Glen Allan School Community Fundraising Association (GASCFA) members and their immediate family, who reside at the same address, are not eligible to enter.

3. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

● 1 for $5 – 100 packs available

● 3 for $10 – 200 packs available

● 10 for $20 – 500 packs available

● 50 for $50 – 150 packs available

Total number of tickets available: 13,200

4. Ticket sales will begin on Monday, March 2, 2026 at 9am.

5. All tickets purchased prior to 3pm on Friday, March 6, 2026 will be eligible to win the first Early Bird Prize and all subsequent Early Bird Prizes as well as the Main Prize. The draw for the first Early Bird Prize will take place at 3pm on Friday, March 6, 2026 at 106 Georgian Way in Sherwood Park. Draw is open to the public.

All tickets purchased prior to 3pm on Friday, March 13, 2026 will be eligible to win the second Early Bird Prize and all subsequent Early Bird Prizes as well as the Main Prize. The draw for the second Early Bird Prize will take place at 3pm on Friday, March 13, 2026 at 106 Georgian Way in Sherwood Park. Draw is open to the public.

All tickets purchased prior to 7pm on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 will be eligible to win the third Early Bird Prize as well as the Main Prize. The draw for the third Early Bird Prize will take place at 7pm on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 106 Georgian Way in Sherwood Park. Draw is open to the public.

All tickets purchased for the raffle prior to an Early Bird Draw closing time will be eligible to win that Early Bird Prize and will automatically be entered into the draw for that Early Bird Prize. They will also be automatically be entered into the draw for future Early Bird Prizes as well as the Main Prize. Any tickets purchased after the Early Bird cut off time are not eligible for the previous Early Bird Draws.

Early Bird Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions

6. Ticket sales will end on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 6:30PM with the draw for the Main Prize taking place at 6:30pm at 106 Georgian Way in Sherwood Park. Draw is open to the public.

The winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of ticket sales up to a maximum of $10,000. Prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded.

7. All tickets will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.

8. The winners of any Early Bird Prizes as well as the Main Prize will be determined by a random draw utilizing an Alberta Gaming Liquor Commission (AGLC) registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

9. No Refunds: All ticket sales are final.

10. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 90 days to claim their prize. After 90 days, if the prize is unclaimed, Glen Allan School Community Fundraising Association (GASCFA) will apply to AGLC in writing to have the unclaimed prize donated back to GASCFA to be spent on the approved use of proceeds.

11. Draw results will appear under the "50/50 Winners" tab found on the main raffle page at https://www.rafflebox.ca/raffle/glen-allan-5050

12. By purchasing tickets, you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.

13. If more than one name is written on a winning ticket stub, that prize will be awarded to only one of the individuals named on the ticket stub. Neither GASCFA nor AGLC is responsible for any disputes among the individuals whose names are written on the ticket stub.

14. All electronic raffle system data is backed up using AWS Cloud Services. In the unexpected event of a power failure or other technical difficulty in conducting an electronic draw on the specified draw date and time, the draw will be postponed, and will take place immediately once power has been restored.
