Official Rules – Freestyle BC 50/50 Raffle

1. Eligibility

Players must be 19 years of age or older and must reside in British Columbia or be

physically located within the province of British Columbia at the time of ticket

purchase. Tickets may be purchased using a major credit card, Visa Debit, or

Mastercard Debit. Know Your Limit. Play Within It.

2. Ticket Sales & Pricing

Tickets are available for purchase online only and will be sold at the following rates,

subject to availability:

o 2 tickets for $10 – maximum 400 packages available

o 5 tickets for $20 – maximum 300 packages available

o 20 tickets for $50 – maximum 120 packages available

o 100 tickets for $100 – maximum 40 packages available

Ticket sales will close once the maximum fundraising cap of $20,000 is reached or at

the scheduled end of sales, whichever occurs first.

3. Draw Date and Time

The draw will take place on March 31, 2026 at 4:00 PM Pacific Time (PST).

4. Prize Structure

This is a 50/50 raffle.

o The single winning ticket will receive 50% of gross ticket sales, up to a

maximum prize of $10,000.

o The remaining proceeds will support the Freestyle BC Mogul Team.

5. Ticket Confirmation

The registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS), Rafflebox, will email all ticket numbers

to purchasers upon successful completion of the transaction.

6. Winner Selection

A random draw will be conducted using a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS)

Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine the winning ticket.

7. Winner Notification and Claim Period

The winner will be contacted by email and phone using the contact information

provided at the time of purchase. The winner has 30 days from the draw date to claim

their prize. If the prize is not claimed within 30 days, a second draw using the original

ticket numbers will be conducted.

8. Publication of Results

Draw results will be posted under the “Winners” tab on the main raffle page.

9. Consent to Publish

By participating, players consent to the publication of their name and winning ticket

number should they be selected as the winner.
