2026 FILBERG FESTIVAL RAFFLE
RULES OF PLAY
(BC Class A Licence – Electronic Raffle System)

1. ELIGIBILITY
Ticket purchasers must:
Be 19 years of age or older; and
Be physically located in the Province of British Columbia at the time of ticket purchase.
2. RAFFLE PERIOD
The raffle will be conducted from June 22, 2026 at 12:00 PM (Pacific Time) to August 2, 2026 at 3:00 PM (Pacific Time).
All ticket sales will close at 3:00 PM (Pacific Time) on August 2, 2026, or earlier if all authorized tickets have been sold.
3. TICKET SALES AND PRICING / HOW TO ENTER
Tickets will be sold electronically through the licensed Electronic Raffle System provided by Rafflebox.
All tickets form a single continuous pool of 13,750 tickets authorized under this licence. Ticket numbers are issued sequentially through the electronic raffle system and entered into a single draw.
PRICING
1 ticket for $10
3 tickets for $20
Proceeds from the raffle support the annual operations of the Filberg Heritage Lodge and Park, helping preserve and maintain this historic cultural space and supporting the continued success of the Filberg Festival.
Tickets will be available to purchase at filbergfestival.com in advance of the festival. There will be one physical location to purchase in advance of the festival, at the Filberg Heritage Lodge and Park, 61 Filberg Road.
Tickets will be available to purchase onsite at the raffle booth, and Filberg Lodge booth. Sellers will also rove the enclosed festival site to make sales to patrons at the event.
4. DRAW DETAILS
The draw will be held as follows:
Date: August 2, 2026
Time: 3:50 PM (Pacific Time)
Location: Filberg Festival Rotary Stage
The winning ticket(s) will be selected using the random number generator within the Rafflebox electronic raffle system.
The draw will be conducted and supervised by representatives of the licensee in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Gaming Event Licence. The winners will be announced on stage at the festival, and given their prize if they are present. If not, the winners will be contacted after the conclusion of the draw.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or convertible to cash.
6. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets sold during the raffle period.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PUBLICATION
Winners will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
By purchasing a ticket, entrants consent to the release of their name by the licensee for promotional purposes, including publication on social media and other channels.
8. PRIZE CLAIM
Winners must claim their prize within 30 days of the draw date.
Winners may be required to present valid government-issued identification.
Unclaimed prizes will be managed in accordance with the Gaming Control Act and applicable regulations of the Province of British Columbia.
9. USE OF PROCEEDS
Net proceeds from the raffle will be used to support the annual operations of the Filberg Heritage Lodge and Park.
10. GENERAL TERMS
This raffle is conducted pursuant to a Gaming Event Licence issued under the Gaming Control Act (British Columbia).
The licensee is responsible for the conduct and management of the raffle.
The raffle will be conducted in accordance with all applicable BC Gaming Policy and Procedures.
By purchasing a ticket, all participants agree to be bound by these Rules of Play.
