1. The Raffle is open only to individuals who are physically located within the Province of Alberta at the time of ticket purchase; and are 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase. Should a winning ticket have the name of the minor, the winning ticket is void, the purchaser will receive a refund and we will re-draw for a winner.

2. Tickets will be sold in the following packs:

• 1 for $25 (100 Available)

• 5 for $100 (175 Available)

3. Tickets are available for purchase online only. Once a purchase is completed, the customer will receive an email confirmation containing their tickets. Physical tickets will not be mailed or available for pickup. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable and non-transferable. Ticket purchases are not recognized as tax-deductible donations by the Canada Revenue Agency.

4. Ticket sales will end on July 23, 2026 at 3:30pm with the draw taking place at Sturgeon Valley Golf Course on July 23, 2026 at 3:30pm. Dates are subject to change at Skyline QS Consultant’s discretion and with approval from Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) without prior notice.

5. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing a certified AGLC registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) random number generator. In the event of a power failure, the draw will be postponed and take place immediately once power has been restored.

6. The winner will be contacted by phone or email. The winner must claim their prize within three (3) business days of the initial notification. If the winner does not claim the prize within this timeframe, Skyline QS Consultants will proceed with a second random draw.

7. Upon claiming the prize, the winner must pick up their prize from Skyline QS Consultants (204-17707 105 Ave NW) within ten (10) business days of the date the prize is claimed, unless written notice is provided to Skyline QS Consultants and approved by a staff member.

The winner must book all travel arrangements through Skyline QS Consultants designated travel agent within fourteen (14) calendar days of the initial notification. Failure to comply with the claim, pickup, or travel booking requirements within the stated timeframes will result in forfeiture of the prize. After all reasonable attempts have been made to award the prize, if the prize remains unclaimed or forfeited, it will be donated to a registered charity.

8. The winner must present government-issued identification at time of pick-up to receive their prize. The winner may appoint a designated pick-up person with written notice via email. The designated pick-up person must present government-issued identification to receive the prize.

9. Draw results will be announced on Skyline QS Consultants social media after the winner is selected.

10. By playing, you consent to having your first name and winning number published.
