1. The Raffle is open only to individuals who are physically located within the Province of Alberta at the time of ticket purchase; and are 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase. Should a winning ticket have the name of the minor, the winning ticket is void, the purchaser will receive a refund and we will re-draw for a winner.

2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

1 for $10 – 80 available

5 for $25 – 1,000 available

15 for $40 – 3,450 available

50 for $100 – 2,500 available

3. Tickets are available for purchase online only. Once a purchase is completed, the customer will receive an email confirmation containing their tickets. Physical tickets will not be mailed or available for pickup. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable and non-transferable. Ticket purchases are not recognized as tax-deductible donations by the Canada Revenue Agency.

4. Ticket sales will end on March 31, 2026, at 12:00pm MST with the draw taking place at WIN House, 3825 118 Ave, Edmonton, on March 31, 2026, at 3:00pm MST.

5. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an AGLC registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG). In the event of a power failure, the draw will be postponed and take place immediately once power has been restored. 

The online draw is open to the public.

7. The winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of ticket sales, up to a maximum of $10,000.

8. The winner will be notified by email on April 1, 2026. The winner must claim the prize within 90 days of notification. If the prize remains unclaimed after 90 days, the licensed charity will retain the prize funds as gaming proceeds in accordance with AGLC requirements.

9. Draw results will appear under the “Winners” tab found on the main raffle page. By playing, you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.
