Rules of Play
1. The Ethel Milliken School Community Council Gift Card Wreath fundraiser is open to public and subject to provincial laws and regulations.
2. The prize tickets will be sold online using Rafflebox.
3. You must purchase a ticket to win.
4. No refunds.
5. The ticket sales will begin on November 17 at 9:00 am.
6. Ticket prices are 1/$5 or 5/$20.
7. Total ticket sales revenue cannot exceed $10,000.
8. The draw will take place at 3:45 pm on December 17, 2025, at 4510 Queen Street Regina, Saskatchewan S4S 6R9. You do not need to be present to win.
9. All participants have their name, and phone number recorded online.
10. By purchasing a ticket you approve to having your name, number, and prize published.
11. The draw will be conducted using Random Number Generator on the Rafflebox platform a registered ERS. If the draw cannot take place, the draw will be held as soon as possible, with approval from SLGA. This is only if an unforeseen circumstance should happen.
12. The draw will be for 3 prizes, 1 prize totalling $825 and 2 prizes totalling $820.

13. You must be 19+ to purchase a ticket.
14. Conditions affecting ability to win or claim prizes include, but are not limited to:
14.1. Tickets may only be purchased by participants physically located in Saskatchewan.
14.2. Ticket purchasers must use a valid email address to purchase tickets and claim prizes.
14.3. Prizes will be delivered by Ethel Milliken School Community Council within 2 weeks following the draw date.
14.4. Winners will be contacted using information they provided at the time they purchased ticket.
14.5. Members of the organization, immediate family, or people involved in the conduct and management of the raffle are allowed to purchase tickets.

16. Ethel Milliken School Community Council shall hold prizes that are unclaimed in a secure location for a period of one (1) year from the date of the draw. If the prizes go unclaimed beyond their hold date, the prize/cash equivalent shall be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by SLGA.
17. Proceeds will be used for program development and functions relating to the students of the school.
