Elmview Resident and Family Support Group Inc. 2026 Prize Raffle

Series A - 1 for $5, Series B - 3 for $10, Series C - 10 for $20

Rules of play:

1) Members of the organization, immediate family, or people involved in the conduct and management of the raffle are allowed to purchase tickets;

2) Participants must be in Saskatchewan to purchase tickets via the ONLINE gateway.

3) The purchase price of tickets is: 1 for $5, 3 for $10, and 10 for $20. Maximum of 6,000 tickets sold.

4) The date, time, and location of the draws will be at Elmview Care home, 4125 Rae St, Regina, SK S4S 3A5, May 2, 2026 at 2pm Saskatchewan time.

5) The draw will be conducted by Random Number Generator and the winner announced to all participants via electronic notification.

6) Two names will be drawn for the prize raffle, with each name drawn receiving their choice of 1 of the 4 available prizes.  Each prize is valued at approximately $500.

7) Winner must be 19 years of age or older to purchase and/or win.

Unclaimed Prizes:

Unclaimed prizes will be held in a secure location for one year past the draw date. If prizes are still unclaimed, the prize/cash will be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by SLGA.

Prizes available are the winner's choice of one of the following:

1. $500 in gas vouchers at a location of their choice, or

2. $500 in grocery gift cards at a location of their choice, or

3. $500 towards a TV purchase of their choice, or

4. $500 towards a BBQ purchase of their choice.
