EAST HANTS SENIOR PENGUINS HOCKEY CLUB 50/50 DRAW RULES

1. There is one 50/50 prize per draw.

2. Draw dates in 2025/26 are:

- Nov 1, Nov 11, Nov 22 Dec 6, Dec 12, Dec 27 2025

- Jan 2, Jan 17, Jan 24, Jan 31 2026.

- The regular season ends in February and playoffs start the end of February. There will be additional draws for February 28th, March and April.

3. The 50/50 prize value will be equal to half the 50/50 ticket sales revenue.

4. Ticket pricing for the 50/50 raffle are as follows:

1 for $5

3 for $10

10 for $20

50 for $50

5. Players must be an individual, in Nova Scotia at time of purchase, and at least 19 years of age to purchase.

6. Ticket sales are facilitated using RaffleBox. Further information on the company is available at Rafflebox.ca. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox).

7. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

8. Draws are held on each designated draw date, at the start of the 3rd period at the East Hants Sr. Penguins Hockey Club designated home games. At least two members of the staff or Board shall be present to administer the draw.

9.The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 90 days to claim their prize, a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 90 days if the prize goes unclaimed.

10.By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.

11.There are no restrictions regarding the purchase of tickets by members of any sponsoring organization or their families.

12.There is no minimum number of tickets that must be sold.

13.The East Hants Sr. Penguins Hockey Club will collect and track all monies in a revenue ledger with a designated account ID for 50/50 revenue.
