Nova Scotia Dartmouth Seniors Service Center (DSSC) 2025-2-26 Monthly Lottery House Rules

The DSSC is excited to announce the launch of our monthly online 50/50 raffle.

1) Players of this lottery must reside in Nova Scotia, be 19 years of age or older, and must use a major credit card or Visa debit card to purchase. Credit cards used for payment must have a Nova Scotia address.

2) Tickets will be available for sale online only at www.dartmouthseniors.ca and will be sold at a rate of – 1 for $5; 3 for $10; 20 for $20; 100 for $45

3) Ticket sales will end whatever day is before the last day of the month at midnight. Draws will take place monthly on the last day of each month at 12:00 PM at the Dartmouth Senior Service Center 45 Ochterloney Street Dartmouth Nova Scotia. Winner details will be posted after the draw at centers Facebook page

4) Every month, one winner will receive a cash prize equal to half the total gross revenue for the previous month.

5) The draw will take place using the approved & certified Rafflebox Random Number Generator (RNG). The winner will be contacted by phone or email. The winner has 90 days to claim their prize. A second draw from the same numbers will occur after 90 days if the prize goes unclaimed.

6) Draw results will be posted on Facebook at the end of every month

7) Draw results will also be emailed to players.

8) By purchasing a ticket, purchaser agrees to allow the Dartmouth Seniors service center to use purchaser’s name and image without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.

9) DSSC Leadership Staff and employees directly involved in the administration and marketing of this lottery and members of the Board of Directors, or any member of their household cannot participate.

All raffle proceeds will support the Dartmouth Senior Service Centre mission, programs, and services.
