1. Players must be 19 years or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit.
2. Tickets will be available online and through digital terminals at the event, sold at a rate of:
   • 1 for $50
   • 3 for $100
   • 10 for $200
   • 20 for $300
3. Ticket sales will end on June 11, 2026 at 7:30PM with the draw taking place at Tsawwassen Springs, 5133 Springs Blvd, Tsawwassen, BC on June 11, 2026 at 7:31PM.
4. The winner will receive a travel voucher from Transat Travel Ladner valued at up to $5,000, which can be used for a trip for two to Munich, Germany, including roundtrip airfare from Vancouver, four nights’ accommodation in a 4-star superior hotel, and a Hop-On/Hop-Off sightseeing pass. If this specific package is no longer available at the current rate, or if the winner prefers different plans, the $5,000 value of the voucher may be applied toward any alternate travel arrangements. Total Estimated Prize Value: $5,000.00
5. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.
6. Only 1 draw where winner will receive 50% of ticket sales raised during the ticket sales period. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG). The winner shall be announced to all participants via electronic notification.
7. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 30 days to claim their prize; a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 30 days if the prize goes unclaimed.
8. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.

Eligibility

9. Participants must be located within the province of British Columbia.
10. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the raffle: All employees of the organization associated with the management and execution of the raffle, and all of the organization's board members.
11. The organization is not responsible for difficulties arising in contacting the winner due to the winner entering erroneous contact information at the time of purchase. If a person believes they are a winner and haven't been contacted by organization staff, please email events@dhchfoundation.ca or call +16049409695.
12. Winners are not required to be present at the draw location.
13. Winners have 12 months to claim the prize. Unclaimed prizes will be donated to the foundation approved by IGCOBC.
14. Tickets can be purchased online or in person via terminal at the event.
15. Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: events@dhchfoundation.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.
16. Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.
