Clinton Public Hospital Foundation ‘Legends Day’ Raffle Rules 50/50

1) Players of this lottery must reside in Ontario, be 18 years of age or older, and must use a major credit

card or Visa debit card to purchase. Credit cards used for payment must have an Ontario address.

2) Tickets will be available for sale online at our dedicated raffle website, provided by the ERS Rafflebox.

3) Tickets will be sold at a rate of:

1 for $10

4 for $20

20 for $50;

100 for $100

4) Ticket sales will begin on MAY 31, 2026 and end on JULY 24, 2026 at 8PM.

5) All tickets will be generated and distributed electronically by the ERS Rafflebox.

6) Draw will take place on JULY 24 at 9PM.

7) The winner will be determined by ERS RNG software. The winner will be contacted by phone or email

to confirm eligibility and claim prize.

8) The winner will receive a prize of 50% of total raffle sales.

9) The prize will be issued via cheque.

10) Draw results will be announced live on the Clinton Raceway’s social media, on our websites

(Foundation & Raceway), our social media platforms (Foundation & Raceway), and in our monthly

newsletter.

11) By purchasing a ticket, purchaser agrees to allow the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation to use

purchaser’s name and image without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any

future raffle.

12) The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their

ticket was purchased for.

13) In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning stub will kept in a safety deposit box and

held for 6 months. After that time period has elapsed the prize will be donated to a charity other than

Clinton Public Hospital Foundation, with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario

(AGCO).

14) Bonafide members and members of the board are ineligible to participate in the raffle.
