Canadian Oilfield Riders’ Association Harley Davidson Raffle - Rules
1. Tickets are sold online through the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Rafflebox.
2. Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older and the name of a minor must not be written on the ticket. If it is determined prior to the draw that a ticket has been issued to a minor, the ticket is deemed void and the purchaser refunded. Ticket purchaser must be be located in Alberta and must use a major credit card or Visa Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta address.
3. ACHF staff and their immediate family members are prohibited from purchasing tickets.
4. Tickets will be available online through the registered ERS (Rafflebox) and sold at a rate
of:
• 500 @ 1 for $100 = $50,000
• TOTAL: $50,000 (500 tickets)
5. All tickets will be emailed to ticket purchasers by registered ERS (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.
6. All ticket sales are final. There will be no refunds.
7. The cost of participation to this raffle is not considered a charitable donation by the Canada Revenue Agency and is not eligible for a tax receipt.
8. Ticket sales will end on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 9:59pm.
9. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an Alberta Gaming Liquor Commission (AGLC) registered ERS (Rafflebox) Random Number Generator (RNG).
10. The draw will be conducted on Saturday June 27, 2026 at Delacour Community Hall (275194 Township Road 254, Rocky View County, AB, T1Z 0E6) and the winning ticket will be announced on the Canadian Oilfield Riders’ Association social media accounts and website. The draw is open to the public.
11. By purchasing a ticket, the winner consents to having his/her name, winning numbers published.
12. The person(s) drawing the winning number must not hold a ticket for that draw.
13. One grand prize will be awarded: a new 2025 Harley Davidson Street Bob. Value of the prize is $25,708.
14. ACHF will contact the prize winner by phone and email. The winner has three (3) months to claim the prize. Winner will provide their winning ticket and present their photo ID to ACHF upon claiming the prize.
15. In the event that the prize is not claimed within three (3) months from the draw date, and after all reasonable attempts have been made to contact the winner, ACHF will apply to the AGLC to have the prize, or value, donated back to their own approved use of proceeds.
16. In the event that the winning ticket has more than one name on it, the prize shall be awarded to only one of the individuals, with the first name on the ticket deemed the official winner. ACHF, Canadian Oilfield Riders’ Association and AGLC are not responsible for any disputes which may arise between the different individuals whose names appear on the ticket.
17. Players should call the Raffle Chairperson at ACHF at 403-955-8818 if they have any concerns.
18. In the event of a power failure that prevents the winning ticket from being drawn at the specified close time, the draw will proceed immediately upon power being restored.
19. A minimum number of 250 tickets must be sold prior to requesting a draw date extension or cancellation of the raffle extension or cancellation.
