The Centennial Infant and Child Centre Foundation Rules of Play

1. Players of this 50/50 raffle must reside in Ontario, be 18 years of age or older, and must use a major credit card or Visa debit card to purchase. Credit cards used for payment must have an Ontario billing address.

3. Tickets will be available for sale online, and we reserve the right to make in-person ticket sales available at special events.
4. Tickets will be sold at the following rates: 1 for $25; 5 for $115; 10 for $220; 25 for $525.
5. The deadline to purchase tickets is 11:59 p.m. on June 21st, 2026.
6. Our 50/50 raffle draw will take place on June 22nd, 2026, at noon, at the Centennial Infant and Child Centre Foundation, 1580 Yonge St, Toronto, ON, M4T 1Z8.
7. The winner will be determined by a random number generator draw. The winner will be contacted by phone or email.
8. For the 50/50 draw, the prize will equal 50% of the gross ticket sales. The prize will be paid by cheque. No other prizes will be awarded.
9. Our draw results will be announced on Facebook immediately following the draw.
10. By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser agrees to allow the CICC Foundation to use the purchaser’s name and image without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.
11. The CICC Foundation may refuse to send or forward a prize to an address outside Ontario and will not send or forward a prize to any jurisdiction where such sending or forwarding is prohibited by law.
