1. Lottery main prize is 50% of the published total jackpot amount and will be paid by cheque to the winner.

2. Lottery prize must be accepted as offered and as presented, there are no substitutes.

3. Purchasers must be at least 19 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. Tickets must be purchased within the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

4. All persons may purchase tickets. However, Directors of the Board of Curtis Hudson Memorial Fund, and their immediate family (defined as spouse and children residing with them) are not eligible to win / claim any prizes.

5. Pursuant to the regulations governing this lottery under authority Department of Digital Government and Service NL, tickets must be purchased within the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

6. Curtis Hudson Memorial Fund reserves the right to publish names, hometown, and / or photographs of the winner and or ticket purchasers and retain the right to use such for any, and all promotional purposes for an indefinite period.

7. All disputes will be settled by the Curtis Hudson Memorial Fund, all decisions are final.

8. Curtis Hudson Memorial Fund's liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket only, if for any reason the ticket stub is not included in the draw. Curtis Hudson Memorial Fund will make every reasonable effort to ensure that no tickets are excluded.

9. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 60 days to claim their prize, a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 60 days if the prize goes unclaimed.

10. Tickets available at: 1 for $5, 3 for $10, 8 for $20, or 20 for $50. 20,000 tickets available for draw.

11. Ticket Sales will end on July 12, 2026 at 5:00pm, a hard copy ticket is available to those who request one.

12. Winning ticket will be drawn on July 12, 2026 at 5:00pm, at Mount Pearl Square, 760 Topsail Road, Goulds, NL.
