Children’s Safety Village Christmas 50/50 Raffle – Official Rules & Regulations

1. The 50/50 Raffle is open to the public and subject to all Provincial Laws and Regulations.

2. You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Ontario to purchase a ticket or to win a prize.

3. 50/50 tickets will be sold online through Rafflebox.

4. To qualify, you must purchase a valid 50/50 ticket. The draw will take place on June 22, 2026, at 4:00 PM through the Children’s Safety Village of Belleville Rafflebox.

5. All participants will have their name and phone number recorded online at the time of purchase.

6. Winnings will be paid to the verified winner.

7. Winning numbers will be generated and selected through the Rafflebox online random number generator system.

8. The total value of the prize will be 50% of total ticket sales at the time of the draw.

9. Winners will be contacted using the information provided during ticket purchase.

10. Any unclaimed prizes will be secured for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. Every reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, including attempts using the contact information on the virtual ticket stub and telephone.

11. In the event that no winner comes forward within six (6) months, the prize will be donated to another registered charity, with approval from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

12. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to have your name, ticket number, and prize amount published by the Children’s Safety Village of Belleville.

13. Please keep your purchase receipt — in the event of any disagreement, precedence will be given to the original receipt issued.
