1. All tickets will be sold only to people who are 18 years of age or older.

2. Tickets will be sold online using the electronic lottery system supplied by Rafflebox.

3. The lottery draw date below will occur in the Province of Ontario  April 30th, 2026

4. Ticket prices:  50/50 draw: 1 for $10; 10 for $20; 40 for $50; 100 for $100

5. After buying, patrons will receive a confirmation email with their registered prize raffle ticket number and/or their 50/50 registered numbers from a Random Selection System. No specific numbers can be given as numbers are generated randomly.

6. The winning ticket numbers will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all lottery numbers sold for the draws.

7. The amount of the 50/50 will be determined based on the number and value of tickets purchased.

8. The draw will be done at Broadway Music at 229 Broadway, Orangeville ON L9W1K5

Winners will be published at rafflebox.ca/raffle/cfpapril and compassionforpaws.ca

9. Winners will be contacted by Shelly Hawley-Yan, Director of Compassion For Paws or may contact Shelly at hello@compassionforpaws.ca or 519-939-9725

Winner of the 50/50 will be paid by etransfer for the amount posted on the lottery website.

12. Once the 50/50 certified winner is verified, they will be sent an etransfer in the amount of the declared prize which is 50 percent of the total sales for that draw. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.

14. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the draws:

• Residents outside of Ontario

• Anyone under the age of 18
