What happens to unclaimed prizes?

Prizes must be claimed by the selected winners within 30 days of the draw date. If the selected winners do not claim the prize within 30 days of the draw, Dauphin's Countryfest Inc. Lottery Committee will retain the funds.

How will a winner be selected?

Winner will be selected using a certified electronic random number generator, at the onsite 50/50 office. The prize will be awarded within 30 days of the draw.

Restrictions to winning or claiming prize(s)?

Ticket must match number drawn from Random Number Generator. Ticket must be claimed within 30 days of draw date.

Can a single entry win more than one prize?

A single entry can only win one prize and is only valid for the draw date listed on the ticket.

What is the time and date that the draw will take place?

Thursday, Friday and Saturday draws will take place at 21:30 CST. Sunday draw will take place at 21:00 CST.

Winning ticket number will be announced on the Hilltop Stage June 26, and the Play Now Main Stage on June 27, 28 and 29 at Dauphin's Countryfest. They will also be posted on Dauphin’s Countryfest Social Media and online at www.countryfest.ca

If the winning ticket was purchased online, the winner will be contacted directly by Dauphin’s Countryfest staff by telephone and email within 7 days of the draw date.

If the winning ticket was purchased in person, the winner must contact Dauphin’s Countryfest office which will be on the festival site from June 25th to 12pm on June 29th, or at the head office which is located at 28-2nd Avenue NE Dauphin after July 3rd. Winner can also call 1-800-361-7300 after July 3rd 2026.

If the Winning ticket was purchased in person, a physical ticket must be presented within 30 days of the draw to claim the prize. A winner with a physical ticket will also be required to give contact details (first name, last name, mailing address, and phone number) in order to claim the prize.

Pot description: The winning ticket holder will receive 50% of total tickets sales for the draw date listed on the ticket.
