CCRC 50/50 Raffle Rules 2026

1) Players of this lottery must reside in Ontario, be 18 years of age or older, and must use a major credit card of Visa debit card to purchase. Credit cards used for payment must have an Ontario address.

2) Tickets will be available for sale online only.

3) Tickets will be sold at a rate of – 1 for $10 // 5 for $25 // 15 for $50 // 50 for $100

4) Tickets will be available for purchase until July 5, 2026 @ 11:59 PM EDT.

5) One draw will take place at noon on Monday, July 6 @ noon (12:00 PM EDT).

6) The winner will be determined by random-number generator draw. The winner will be contacted by phone or email, in accordance with purchase information provided.

7) Draw results will be announced on our website: https://www.ccrc-ptbo.com/, our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/CCRC.Peterborough/ and our Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/ccrc_ptbo

8) By purchasing a ticket, the winner agrees to allow the Community Counselling and Resource Centre (CCRC) to use the purchaser’s name and image without compensation for promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.

9) The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for.

10) In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning stub will kept in a safety deposit box and held for 6 months. After that time period has elapsed, the prize will be donated to a charity other than CCRC, with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

11) NOTE – Staff and Board members of CCRC are ineligible from participating in this lottery.
