ALBERTA THEATRE PROJECTS – RAFFLE RULES

Eligibility
Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older and residents of Alberta. Payment must be made using a major credit card, Visa Debit, or MasterCard Debit, Debit. Credit/ Debit cards must have and Alberta address.
Licensed Charity Members, Raffle ticket managers and their immediate family are not eligible to purchase tickets or win a prize.
Ticket Sales
Tickets will be sold online through Rafflebox, an AGLC registered Electronic Raffle Supplier, at the following rates:
• 1 for $20, 390 - packages available
• 8 for $50, 114 - packages available
• 20 for $100, - 65 packages available
Total ticket inventory is limited to the quantities listed above. Odds of winning depend on the number of tickets sold. Maximum prize value is $10,000. Based on maximum ticket sales of $20,000.
Ticket sales will close on July 12, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time.
All ticket numbers will be issued electronically by Rafflebox and sent to the purchaser by email. No physical tickets will be issued.
Draw and Prize
The draw will take place in Alberta on July 13, 2026, at 11:00AM Mountain Time at:
Alberta Theatre Projects office – 220 9th Ave SE, Calgary, AB, T2G 5C4. Draw is open to the public.
The winner will receive 50 percent of total ticket sales.
The draw will be conducted using a random number generator operated by Rafflebox. The result of the draw is final.
Winner Notification and Prize Claim
The winner will be contacted by phone and email using the information provided at the time of purchase.
The winner has 90 days from the draw date to claim the prize. Proof of identity may be required.
If the prize is not claimed, or the winner cannot be contacted within 90 days, a second draw will be conducted from the remaining eligible ticket numbers.
The prize will be paid by cheque or electronic funds transfer within a reasonable timeframe after verification.
The winner’s name and ticket number will be posted on the raffle website.
Ticket Cancellation and Refunds
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are not refundable unless the raffle is cancelled or required by law.
Multiple Names on Ticket
If more than one name is listed on a ticket, the prize will be awarded to one individual only. Alberta Theatre Projects and AGLC are not responsible for any disputes between individuals listed on a ticket.

System Failure
If there is a power outage, system issue, or technical problem:
• All valid tickets sold before the issue will remain eligible
• The draw will be paused and completed once systems are restored
• If needed, the draw may be rescheduled and participants will be notified
Privacy
Personal information is collected to administer the raffle and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Purchaser Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure their contact information is accurate.
