50|50 Electronic Raffle Rules of Play
Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society

These Rules shall apply to all 50/50 eRaffles sales for Inter Toronto Home and Away Games conducted by Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society, unless and until they are amended or revised.
1. Interpretation
1.1 In these Games Rules,
“Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO)” means the regulatory agency that oversees several sectors in Ontario, including alcohol, gaming, horse racing, and cannabis retail;
“draw” means the selection of the winning number(s) by electronic raffle system (ERS);
“draw time” means the time at which the draw occurs on the prescribed game date, or, if the draw cannot take place for any reason, the earliest available time on the prescribed game date;
“electronic raffle or e-raffle” means raffles in which computers (including handheld devices) may be used for the sale of raffle tickets, the selection of raffle winners and the distribution of raffle prizes in Ontario;
“electronic raffle system (ERS)” means the computer-controlled raffle system provided by Rafflebox Technologies Inc. to conduct raffles in a secure and efficient manner;
“rules of play” means the terms, conditions, explanations, Rules of Play, procedures, and prize structure that govern a specific 50/50 raffle draw;
“50|50 eRaffle ticket”, “ticket” or “ticket-receipt” means a ticket, consisting of an eRaffle number or a set of numbers, or any other method of entry into the Canada SCORES - Inter Toronto 50/50 Cash Raffle Fundraiser 50/50 eRaffle Draw;
“50/50 eRaffle” means a raffle lottery where the prize amounts to one-half of the total value of all valid tickets sold during an event or specified period of the license. Tickets must be purchased in person at Inter TorontoHome Games or directly online, in accordance with the guidelines set by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
“Secondary Raffle” means a raffle lottery where the prize consists of retail items (match tickets or apparel) as outlined in the application. Tickets must be purchased in person at Inter TorontoHome Games or directly online, in accordance with the guidelines set by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
“POS Terminal” means the Rafflebox Technologies convenience store point of sales terminal of the ERS designed by Rafflebox Technologies for conducting 50|50 Draws and Secondary Draws;
"Online Sales" means an electronic raffle lottery conducted and sold via the internet:
“player” means a person who is eligible to participate in a 50|50 eRaffle draw and Secondary Draw in accordance with Ontario’s 50/50 eRaffle regulations, the Rules, and the Rules of Play;
"pooled prize" means the total sales generated from both convenience stores and online sales, which are combined to determine the prize amount;
“result” means the final outcome of a draw as determined by Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society for the applicable 50|50 eRaffle Draw and Secondary Draw;
“valid ticket” means a ticket that is not void or cancelled;
“winner” means the person(s) who is the bearer of a winning ticket and who satisfies all conditions established by Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society to claim the prize;
“winning number” means the winning number drawn on the draw date and draw time for a 50|50 eRaffle Draw or Secondary Draw;
“winning ticket” means a valid ticket that bears a selection(s) that exactly matches the winning number(s) or results or play element(s);
1.2 The terms used in these Rules of Play for each specific 50/50 eRaffle Draw and Secondary Draw conducted by Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Regulations pertaining to the 50/50 eRaffle Draw and Secondary Draw. Words in the singular shall include the plural, and words in the masculine gender shall include the feminine.
1.3 In these Rules of Play, terms such as 'you,' 'your,' 'customer,' 'user,' and 'player' refer to the player, as defined by Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society conventions. These terms are interchangeable. These Rules of Play establish a legally binding agreement between the player and Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society.
1.4 In the event of a conflict between information issued by ERS and that contained on the ticket, the instructions, the conditions for the specific 50/50 Draw and Secondary Draw, and these Rules of Play, such conflict shall be resolved in the following order of priority:
(a) the ERS;
(b) the AGCO Regulations;
(c) these Rules of Play;
(d) the Game Conditions for the specific 50/50 eRaffle Draw and Secondary Draw, if any;
(e) the ticket.
2. Sale and Issuance of 50|50 eRaffle & Secondary Draw Tickets
2.1 50/50 eRaffle Draws conducted for consolidated Inter Toronto Home Game sales and online Home and Away Game sales through the ERS, are facilitated on the 50/50 platform, managed by Rafflebox Technologies. Tickets are sold online using the ERS which is licensed and approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario
(AGCO), and operated by charitable gaming supplier, Rafflebox Technologies Inc., 1877 Hollis Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia B3J 1W5
2.2 50/50 eRaffle tickets in support of Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society can be purchased at all Inter Toronto Home Games in the province of Ontario where Rafflebox Technologies' kiosks are being employed to sell and promote the Canada SCORES - Inter Toronto 50/50 Cash Raffle Fundraiser 50/50 eRaffle Draw.
2.3 50/50 eRaffle tickets in support of Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society can be purchased online where the ERS is employed to sell and promote the Canada SCORES - Inter Toronto 50/50 Cash Raffle Fundraiser eRaffle.
2.4 50/50 eRaffle tickets are available for purchase at all Inter Toronto Home Games in Ontario , for all Away Games and/or through online sales concurrently . The total sales from both channels are combined to determine the jackpot prize and Secondary prize for each day’s draw.
2.5 After purchasing, depending on the volume of main draw cash raffle tickets purchased by the purchaser, the purchaser will receive a 50/50 eRaffle ticket AND a Secondary Draw ticket for each ticket allocation purchased with their registered raffle numbers generated by the ERS in the appropriate volume of entries selected. For the avoidance of any doubt, EVERY main draw cash raffle ticket purchased ALSO includes a secondary draw raffle ticket. This ticket(s) will be provided either by the Inter Toronto Home Game 50/50 Sales Team or through an online confirmation of sales and electronic ticket(s). No specific numbers can be selected as all raffle numbers are randomly generated. The purchased 50/50 eRaffle and Secondary Draw ticket(s) shall:
(i) Constitute a receipt of payment;
(ii) Contain a unique identification number(s) for that ticket(s);
(iii) Contain the price of the ticket, raffle numbers, and the date of draw for which the ticket(s) is applicable.
2.6 Only credit card transactions can be completed online. Cash, debit and/or credit card transactions are accepted in person. No other forms of payments are permitted.
2.7 Ticket purchases are not tax deductible.
2.8 Individuals must meet the below eligibility criteria to purchase tickets and/or claim a winning ticket:
(i) Purchaser must be at least 18 years of age at the time of purchase, and if required must show proof of age with acceptable government-issued identification.
(ii) Purchaser must be a resident of Ontario or in person on the draw date if not a resident of Ontario.
(iii) Purchaser must not be a Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society staff member.
(iv) Purchaser must not be an employee of Rafflebox Technologies Inc.
(v) Purchaser must not be an employee of MNP LLP
(vi) The purchaser must not be employed by third-party entities or vendors that provide any services associated with 50/50 electronic raffles to Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society.
2.9 An eligible player may participate by purchasing a 50|50 ticket by using the ERS, in the following denominations that are specific to Canada SCORES - Inter Toronto 50/50 Cash Raffle Fundraiser draw events:
(i) 1 ticket for $10
(ii) 3 tickets for $15
(iii) 5 tickets for $20
(iv) 25 tickets for $50
(V) 100 tickets for $100
2.11 A player is solely responsible for ensuring they receive the correct ticket denomination and for handling and safeguarding the purchased ticket after it has been issued by the ERS. Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society assumes no responsibility for any discrepancies and shall rely on the information recorded in the ERS
2.12 Tickets cannot be transferred or resold to another party.
2.13 If for any reason, payment for a 50/50 eRaffle Ticket is not processed or is subsequently cancelled or challenged by the purchaser, the ticket(s) and the respective ticket numbers will be deemed invalid.
2.14 Each player is deemed to hold a valid ticket for the electronic raffle game for the designated draw date subscribed with the relevant information recorded in the ERS, including the raffle number, draw date, and draw time. If such ticket is a winning ticket, the ticket purchaser must submit a claim within six (6) months following the applicable draw date.
2.15 Except as outlined in these Rules of Play, all purchases are considered final. No refunds are allowed.
3. The Draw and Results
3.1 A draw may be held by any means and at such time and place as Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society determines. The number drawn is referred to as the “winning number”.
3.2 Winning ticket numbers will be selected by a Random Number Generation system (RNG) as an integral part of the ERS.
3.3 Each draw will be conducted using an ERS approved by the AGCO and provided by Rafflebox Technologies Inc.
3.4 If a draw for a winning 50/50 Ticket cannot be held at the scheduled date and time, the draw will take place at the next available opportunity, at the sole discretion of Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society, with approval from AGCO.
3.5 Tickets will be sold for approximately two (2) hours prior to each Inter Toronto FC Home and Away Game starting. Ticket sales will cease at the 70th minute of game play. Each draw will be conducted within 10 minutes of sales ending at approximately the 80th minute of game play. The number drawn is referred to as the winning number.
3.6 As above. ticket sales for each draw will cease immediately at the 70th minute of game play during each Inter Toronto Home and Away Game on the day of each draw.
3.7 Tickets for the first draw will be on sale as of April 11, 2026.
3.8 There will be 29 guaranteed main cash prize draws and 29 guaranteed secondary prize draws (for each Inter Toronto Home or Away Game during the regular season and for at least one Telus Canadian Championship game); the first regular season game will be held on Saturday April 11, 2026 and the last will be held on October 25, 2026. Should Inter Toronto win their first May 10th Canadian Championship match, they would advance through the competition and could play an additional three (3) Canadian Championship matches for which 50/50 cash prize draws would take place. Should Inter Toronto advance into the playoffs following the regular season, there could be up to five (5) additional home or away matches for which 50/50 cash prize draws would take place.
3.9 All winning ticket numbers will be posted online at: https://www.canadascores.org/toronto
4. Prize Structure
4.1 Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society shall have sole discretion in determining the prize structure for the 50/50 eRaffle, in a manner it deems appropriate.
4.2 For each game day draw, one winning ticket will be drawn for the 50/59 cash draw prize and one winning ticket will be drawn for the secondary prize..
4.3 The prize for winners of 50/50 eRaffle Draw will always be fifty percent (50%) of the total valid ticket sales recorded on the ERS for each draw period. The prize for winners of the Secondary Draw will be a retail package consisting of either home game tickets for the next home match, or a team apparel package. Both secondary prizes have an approximate retail value of $60.
4.4 The Prize for the 50/50 eRaffle Draw may, at times, be supplemented by Minimum Guaranteed Jackpots. A Minimum Guaranteed Jackpot is a predetermined amount that is guaranteed to be awarded, regardless of ticket sales or total contributions. Should the total ticket sales or total contributions fall short of the fifty percent prize amount, the Minimum Guaranteed Jackpot shall be awarded. Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society shall have sole discretion in determining when and if to offer a Minimum Guaranteed Jackpot.
5. Payment of Prizes
5.1 A prize for any draw shall be awarded to the winner in accordance with the prize structure in effect for such draw and in accordance with these Rules of Play and the specific 50|50 Draw Game Conditions.
5.2 Any winner must submit a completed Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society winner’s claim form to initiate the release of prize funds. The prize form will be an online form to be completed by the winner. Email toronto@canadascores.org to request a copy of the winner’s claim form. The winner is required to furnish their full name, complete address, phone number, and government-issued photo identification to Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society for prize claim purposes.
5.3 The original 50/50 eRaffle ticket must be provided for verification during the prize claim process.
5.4 To claim a prize, the winner must present a valid government-issued photo identification. In the event that the winner cannot provide government-issued photo identification, the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided. Please refer to Section 6 – Claims.
5.5 Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any ticket presented as a winning ticket through authentication and validation procedures it may determine. Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society may declare a ticket void if it fails to meet these requirements. Upon presentation of a winning ticket to Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society all ownership rights in the ticket are relinquished by the winner, transferring ownership to Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society.
5.6 All prizes must be claimed within six (6) months of the relevant draw, unless otherwise specified by Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society. In the event of an unclaimed prize, the prize shall be retained by Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society for an additional six (6) months from the draw date. If the prize remains unclaimed after this period, the prize money will be donated back to Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society for charitable purposes, subject to the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
5.7 All prize money will be awarded through an electronic funds transfer. Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society will not be held responsible or liable for electronic banking errors or e-transfer issues.
5.8 Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society may refuse to send or forward a prize to an address outside Ontario and will not send or forward a prize to an address in any jurisdiction where such sending or forwarding is prohibited by law.
5.9 By purchasing tickets for Canada SCORES - Inter Toronto 50/50 Cash Raffle Fundraiser eRaffle, the winners agree to the use of their name and likeness without compensation for any promotional activities related to this or any future eRaffle.
5.10 A prize (or any part of it), along with any related entitlement or payment, cannot be assigned, transferred, sold, loaned, leased, rented, pledged, mortgaged, or hypothecated by any winner.
5.11 Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society is not responsible for providing financial or tax advice.
5.12 For groups purchasing 3 or more tickets, group winners will select one individual to handle the single payment. Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society shall not be held responsible or liable for any discrepancies or claims made by individuals of the group or the group as a whole regarding their entitlement to the winning ticket.
5.13 Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society will not award a prize for void tickets unless, at its sole discretion, it deems it appropriate to do so. Tickets are considered void if they are lost, stolen, unissued, illegible, mutilated, damaged, altered, counterfeited, forged, miscut, misregistered, defective, misprinted, canceled, produced in error, not recorded in the ERS, incomplete, unpaid for, destroyed, issued, obtained, or presented in violation of these Rules of Play. Void tickets are considered the property of Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society.
5.14 All cash prizes are tax-exempt for Ontario Residents and must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions may be requested for any prize.
5.15 In the event that a ticket that is purchased or issued is void, or deemed to be void, Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society may, at its option, (a) replace the ticket with a new random ticket of the same denomination or, (b) provide a refund.
6. Claims
6.1 Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society may award a prize to the bearer of a winning ticket. Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society reserves the right to satisfy itself that a person claiming a prize is entitled, and will remain entitled, to such prize as the lawful bearer of a winning ticket.
6.2 Upon presenting a winning 50|50 eRaffle ticket, the winner must:
(i) Show identification proving their age to be at least 18 years old; full name, address, and
(ii) Provide government issued identification with photo, and
(iii) Complete a Winner’s Claim Form with accurate personal information;
6.3 Each winner acknowledges that Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society may, at any time during the prize claim process, require personal information for proper administration. The collected personal information is used primarily for legal and audit compliance, winner announcements, prize awards, disclosure of insider wins, posting of
prize wins on the Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society website, and other purposes defined by Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society prize claim policy. Winners understand that failure to provide this information may hinder Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society from paying or awarding the prize as outlined in the prize structure.
6.4 Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society shall not be responsible for determining any individual's entitlement to all or a part of a prize won on a ticket purchased by or issued to a group.
6.5 Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society, as the licensee, does not acknowledge protests, overturned decisions, or amended results after the winning number has been drawn from the ERS by Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society. In the event of any disputes, the information displayed on the ERS takes precedence.
7. General
7.1 Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society designates the following persons as Related Parties:
(i) Member of Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society staff;
7.2 Individuals designated as Related Parties by Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society are not eligible to participate in the 50/50 draw.
7.3 Canada SCORES - A Charitable Society, at their sole discretion, may amend these Rules of Play at any time and in any manner with the approval of the AGCO.
7.4 These Rules of Play will be governed by, subject to, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario. The Courts of the Province of Ontario will have the exclusive jurisdiction to hear any action or legal proceedings based on or arising from these Rules of Play or any lottery scheme game.
7.5 Winner contact information may be shared with the licensing authority (AGCO).
7.6 The headings in these Rules of Play are for the convenience of reference only and do not affect the interpretation of these Rules of Play.
