• One draw will occur on July 2, 2026, at Robron Turf Field in Campbell River at 6:00pm PST

• Winner will receive 50% of total ticket sales

• Ticket sales will commence on at 6:00am PST on June 2, 2026

• Ticket sales will close at 5:00pm PST on July 2, 2026

• Tickets will be sold for $5 per ticket. A total of 8,000 tickets are available.

• All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS)(Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.

• Participants must reside in British Columbia and be 19 years or older and use a major credit card, Visa debit or MasterCard Debit, cards used must have an British Columbia address.

• Tickets will not be sold outside the province of British Columbia.

• The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing a British Columbia Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch registered Electronic Raffle Supplier Random Number Generator (RNG).

• The winner will be contacted by phone and email and has up to thirty days from draw date to claim the prize. If any prize remains unclaimed for more than 30 days from the date of the draw, a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 30 days if the prize goes unclaimed.

• No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors or employees of Campbell River Youth Soccer Association or team parents/caregivers with administrative responsibility for overseeing this raffle event.
