1. Players must reside in Alberta, be 18 years or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta address.
2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:
1 for $10 – 49 tickets available
5 for $20 – 5,000 tickets available
25 for $50 – 12,250 tickets available
100 for $100 – 55,000 tickets available
3.Ticket sales and will end at 3:00 pm (MDT) on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, with the draw taking place virtually at 3pm (MST) at Calgary Food Bank Annex, 5020 12A Street SE, Calgary, AB T2G 5K9. This draw is open to the public.
4. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing a certified AGLC ERS provider's (Rafflebox's) random number generator. A minimum of two elected executives and one witness must be present to witness the draw. A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw. The tickets purchased will be emailed to the purchaser.
5. The winner will receive 50% of ticket sales up to a maximum of $49,995.
6. The Calgary Food Bank will notify the winner once the funds have been reconciled. A cheque will be created for the winner by the Calgary Food Bank and available for pick up at our Annex location (5020 12a St SE, Calgary, AB T2G 5K9) during regular business hours. To claim the prize, the winner must present photo ID and proof of age.
7. By playing you consent to having your name and, winning numbers published. The Calgary Food Bank will not share the winner’s address or contact information.
8. The winner will be contacted by email. The winner has 90 days to claim their prize. In the event the winner cannot be located or does not respond to the email notification after 90 days the charity will write to the AGLC to have the unclaimed prize donated back to the group.
9. A minimum of 18,075 tickets must be sold by July 09,2026 prior to requesting a draw date extension of the raffle.

11. For this electronic raffle, in the event of a power failure, the draw will be done once power has been restored.
12. If more than one name is entered on a winning ticket, the prize will be awarded to only one of the individuals named on the electronic ticket stub. Neither the licensed charitable organization nor the AGLC is responsible for any disputes among the individuals whose names are written on the ticket.
13. Calgary Food Bank employees, members of the Calgary Food Bank board of directors, or any other person residing within the same household are not eligible to win.
