I. TICKET DETAILS

Tickets will be available for sale online via the Lung Health Foundation's Rafflebox page.
Ticket numbers will be automatically generated by Rafflebox’s ticketing module upon
purchase.
B. START AND END DATES, DRAW DATE AND LOCATION
Ticket Sales Start: February 25th, 2026 at 09:00 AM
Ticket Sales End: March 23rd, 2026 at 11:59 PM
50/50 Draw Date: March 25th, 2026 at 12:00 PM

C. TOTAL TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR SALE
A maximum of 30,000 tickets will be available for sale. Tickets can be purchased in any of
the combinations listed in Section A.
D. THE PRIZE(S)
50% of total ticket sales will be awarded to the winner.
The winner will be paid via either Cheque or Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT).
The winner must sign a release confirming receipt of funds and consenting to the use of
their image and/or first name and last initial for promotional purposes.
By accepting the prize, winners of the Lung Health Foundation 50/50 draw consent to the
use of their name, photo, and likeness by the Lung Health Foundation for promotional
purposes across all platforms, without the need for additional permission or
compensation.
E. METHOD
There will be one (1) draw to determine the winner. The winner will receive 50% of ticket
sales raised during the ticket sales period.
Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected using a Random Number
Generator (RNG).
Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted by email on the day of the draw.
Additionally, the winner will be contacted by phone if they have consented to be contacted.
The winner must verify their email address, ticket number, and physical address to receive
the prize.
The winner’s name and winning ticket number (without their address) will be publicly
announced on the LHF Website once the draw is completed. The announcement may also
be made via the Lung Health Foundation’s Instagram or other social media platforms.
Coordination with LHF’s marketing team will determine if an Instagram Live announcement
is appropriate.
F. ELIMINATION OF WINNERS
Only one (1) draw will take place, and no subsequent draws will be held.
G. AGE LIMIT
Participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the raffle.
H. CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY
Location: Participants must be located within the province of Ontario to enter.
Ineligible Participants:
• All employees of the Lung Health Foundation
• All board members of the Lung Health Foundation
• Any individuals involved in the management or execution of the raffle
I. CONDITIONS FOR UNCLAIMED PRIZES
The Lung Health Foundation will make every reasonable effort to contact the winner in
accordance with AGCO's rules and regulations.
Unclaimed Prizes: Any unclaimed prizes will be held in trust for a period of six (6) months
from the date of the draw.
Winners have at least 6 months from the draw date to claim their prize. If a prize remains
unclaimed after six (6) months, it will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the AGCO.
J. PURCHASING TICKETS
Tickets can only be purchased online through the Lung Health Foundation's official
Rafflebox page.
K. LIABILITY WAIVER
The Lung Health Foundation is not responsible for any technical issues that may impede
ticket purchases, including but not limited to issues with internet connection, website
performance, or third-party payment processors.
L. COVERAGE & PROMOTIONAL USE
By participating in this raffle, entrants agree to allow the Lung Health Foundation to use
anonymized data, images, and winner details (first name and last initial) across its website
and social platforms for promotional purposes.
M. CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT TIMELINE
Once a winner is confirmed, LHF will coordinate with its Finance team to issue payment.
The timeframe for issuing a cheque or EFT will depend on internal processing timelines.
Please allow a few business days after the draw for winner confirmation and prize
distribution.
