The proceeds of this draw will go to support the Binscarth Park and Pool.

1. Players must be 18 years or older and a resident of Manitoba, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit to participate. All residents will need to provide their name, address, phone number and email address at the time of purchase.

2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

• 1 for $10
• 4 for $20
• 20 for $50
• 100 for $100

3. Ticket sales will end on the end draw date at 7:59pm April 31st/2026 with the draw taking place at 8:00pm.

4. The winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of total ticket sales.

5. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.

6. The winner will be determined by a random draw using a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

7. The selected winner will be contacted via telephone and/or email. All reasonable efforts will be made to establish contact. In the event that the prize is not claimed within thirty (30) days of notification, no subsequent draw will be conducted and the prize funds will be retained by Binscarth Park and Pool.

8. The purchase of a ticket means that you consent to having your name and winning number published, winners will also be announced on our website. Parkandpool.ca

9. The Binscarth Park and Pool Committee's board of directors are not allowed to purchase tickets.
