BYC 20th Anniversary 50/50 Raffle Rules of Play
1. Players must be in Ontario, 18 years or older, and use cash, e-transfer to jen@blenheimyouthcentre.ca, Visa, Mastercard, or Visa Debit.
Credit cards used for payment must be in Ontario at the time of Purchase.
2. Tickets will be available online, at the Blenheim Youth Centre (78 Marlborough St S, Blenheim), on location at BYC spring and summer events, and at the draw location (August 7 & 8 only) and sold at a rate of:
• 1 FOR $5.00
• 3 FOR $10.00
• 10 FOR $20.00
• 50 FOR $50.00
3. There will be an unlimited number of tickets available for sale until the raffle closes.
4. The winner will receive 50% of total sales for the draw.
5. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an AGCO registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).
6. The person(s) drawing the winning number must not hold a ticket for that draw. Volunteers and family members not involved in the draw are eligible to participate. Directors of the board and Executive Director of the Blenheim Youth Centre cannot purchase ticket(s) for any raffle.
7. No refunds will be offered.
8. The winner will be paid by cheque in Canadian funds.
9. If the winner is not at the venue and purchased tickets online, we will contact the winner with the contact information they provided us with. The winner will pick up their prize at our office located at 78 Marlborough St S, Blenheim or we will make mutual arrangements to deliver the prize to the winner.
10. The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for. If no winner comes forward, the winning stub will be kept in a safe and held for 6 months. After that time has elapsed the prize will be redrawn.
11. Anyone directly involved in the conduct of the lottery is not eligible to purchase tickets.
