RULES OF PLAY
Initial Start Date: Friday March 6th, 2026
Ticket purchasers must be 18 years or age or older and the name of any minors must not be written on the ticket. If it is determined prior to the draw that a ticket has been issued to a minor, the ticket is deemed void and the purchaser refunded.
There is no minimum number of tickets that need to be sold in order to hold the weekly draw.
Ticket Prices:
1 ticket for $5.00
5 tickets for $20.00
25 tickets for $50.00
100 tickets for $100.00
Maximum of 380,000 tickets will be sold per raffle.
Ticket Sales: Online through Rafflebox
Tickets can be purchased through Rafflebox starting March 6th, 2026
**NEW** Earlybird Draw
Sales for Earlybird will cut off every Tuesday at 6:45pm and the draw will be made at 7pm
Winner of Earlybird will still be eligible for the weekly main prize as well
Earlybird prize may change from week to week
Example: BINGO DATE NIGHT ($50 Bingo Barn Voucher, $25 Concession Voucher & 2 bingo daubers
Sale Dates and Draw Dates:
Sales will cut off every Thursday at 6:45pm and start again every Thursday at 9pm
Draw Dates will be every Thursday between 6:45pm - 7pm starting March 12th, 2026 through Rafflebox at the Bingo Barn, # 10, 1107 33rd Street NE Calgary, AB T2A 6T2 and the winner will be contacted by Bingo Barn.
The winner will also be announced in the hall and through social media.
Progressive Element:
On the draw date, after the intermission, the first ball drawn out of the machine will be the ball in play for the Progressive Pot. The numbers used will be B1 – I24. A poster will be used to cross off the number that is drawn at the weekly draw. If the number drawn has already been eliminated the caller will continue to call until a number that is still on the poster is drawn. Any number from I25 and up will not be valid.
If B1 is drawn the winner of the weekly draw will also receive the Progressive Pot.
If any other number from B2 – I24 is drawn the Progressive will carry over.
Draw location is open to the public.
If there is more than one name on the ticket, we will use the first name on the ticket.
Neither the Bingo Barn nor AGLC is responsible for any disputed among the individuals whose names are written on the ticket.
Prize:
20% of weekly sales to the winner
30% of the weekly sales will go to the Progressive Pot
50% of weekly sales will go to the participating Bingo Barn Charities (less expenses)
Prize(s) will be awarded to the winner by cheque from our raffle account.
Advertising will be done in hall, through social media and through our Charities.
Prize(s) must be taken as awarded.
Winner has 90 days to collect their prize. Any unclaimed prizes will be added to the net raffle revenue and donated back to the groups with AGLC approval.
In the event of a power failure the draw will take place immediately once power is restored.
No refunds can be offered once draw has taken place.
Financial Reports and Bank Statements will be provided to AGLC once each raffle is concluded.
