Eligibility

Open to Alberta residents only.

Must be 18+ to purchase a ticket.

BGC Olds and Area staff and Board members are not eligible to purchase tickets or win.

Ticket Sales

Tickets are available online only.

Ticket sales close on December 31st at 4:00 PM or earlier if sold out.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

How to Enter

Purchase a raffle ticket through the official raffle link.

Each ticket purchased equals one entry unless otherwise stated.

Draw Details

The draw will take place on December 31st at 5:00 PM.

The winner will be selected through the Rafflebox system at random.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted by phone and email within 48 hours of the draw.

If the winner cannot be reached within 14 days, a new winner will be drawn.

Prize Conditions

The prize must be accepted as awarded; no cash substitutions.

Liquor basket winners must show valid government-issued ID.

WestJet prize package is subject to WestJet’s terms, conditions, and blackout dates (details provided to the winner).

Prize Pickup/Delivery

Prizes must be picked up at BGC Olds and Area unless alternate arrangements are approved.

We cannot ship alcohol.

Personal information is collected solely for the purpose of administering the raffle and contacting the winner.
