Rules for BC Girls Choir’s 2026 - 40/60 draw

Class B – Raffle Licence – Percentage Draw, Licence #172873

1. Players must reside in British Columbia.

2. Players must be 19 years of age or older to participate.

3. Tickets will be available through the internet and paid for by credit card.

4. Tickets will be sold at a rate of:

 -1 for $10.00 (10 tickets) (total of 10 pkgs)

- 4 for $20.00 (1260 tickets) (total of 315 pkgs)

- 20 for $50.00 (2240 tickets) (total of 112 pkgs)

- 100 for $100.00 (8000 tickets) (total of 80 pkgs)

5. Ticket sales will end on June 13, 2026, at 3:59 pm

6. One 40/60 ticket will be drawn.

7. The draw will take place between 4:00 and 6:30 pm at Riverside Community Church, 2329 Fremont Connector, Port Coquitlam, BC, V3B 0M3

8. The winner will be determined by conducting an electronic draw using computer software or a computer application that utilizes a GPEB-certified software random number generator (RNG) operated by Rafflebox.com.

9. The winner will receive 40% of the total tickets sales up to a maximum prize of $8,000.

10. The winner will be notified either in person, by phone or by email.

11. Draw results will be announced live at the final concert on June 13, 2026, and by email, member newsletter and on the Choir’s social media platforms the week of June 15, 2026.

12. Winner’s consent to the release of their names by the licensee.

13. LEGISLATION: This raffle is compliant with the British Columbia Licensed Charitable Gaming Rules (Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch).

14. BC Girls Choir reserves the right to make changes to these playing rules without notice, prior to the end of ticket sales.
