2026 Trip-of-Month Lottery

Rules of Play

1. Cost will be $100.00 per ticket, payable by cash, cheque, money order, VISA, or MasterCard.

2. Only 600 tickets will be sold.

3. Purchasers must be 18 years of age to purchase. All members of the Rotary Club of the Battlefords and members of their immediate families, as well as others who may be involved in the conduct and management of the raffle are allowed to purchased tickets.

4. Draws will be held on the third Wednesday of each month, beginning Wednesday, January 7/2026 at 11:30am at CJNB radio station at 1711 100 Street North Battleford, SK with Previous Purchaser Draw of $500.00 cash drawn on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 11:30am at CJNB radio station at 1711 100 Street North Battleford, SK. The final draw will be at 11:30am at CJNB radio station at 1711 100 Street North Battleford, Wednesday December 16, 2026.

5. Each participant is eligible for all 36 monthly draws, plus the Previous Purchaser Draws if purchaser qualifications and deadlines are met, as all winning tickets are put back in the draw drum after each draw. (Odds better than - 1 in 12.125 chances to win).

6. To ensure that all purchased tickets are in the draw, the purchase deadlines for the Previous Purchaser draws shall be Tuesday January 6, 2026.

7. The previous purchaser draw will be 1 ticket winning $500 cash.

8. Each monthly draw will include:

• a. 1st ticket drawn - specified trip
• b. 2nd ticket drawn - $100.00 local gift certificate
• c. 3rd ticket drawn - $50.00 local gift certificate

Rotary Club of The Battlefords 2026 50/50 Rules of Play

1. Each ticket sold must be purchased online through Rafflebox.

2. Monthly lottery draw ticket must be purchased to be able to purchase 50/50.

3. Ticket sales will only take place in Saskatchewan.

4. Persons who are not 18 years of age or older are prohibited from purchasing tickets and are not eligible to win.

5. The prize will be awarded to only one recipient. If the winning ticket contains more than one name, the prize will be awarded to the person whose name appears first. The person who receives the prize will be solely responsible for distribution of the proceeds according to any arrangement among those whose names appear on the ticket.

6. Winners will be notified by email or by telephone if provided by the purchaser on the ticket.

7. A single ticket number will be selected to determine the prize winner using a random number generator within Rafflebox Technologies inc.

8. The single prize will equal fifty percent of the total amount raised by ticket sales.

9. The draw will take place at 11:30AM, Dec 31, 2025, at CJNB at 1711 100st North Battleford, Sk.

10. Tickets will be sold at 3 tickets for $25. The maximum number of tickets is 900 and the maximum prize value, if all tickets are sold, is $3,750.

11. The winner agrees to the use of his or her name and photo by the Rotary Club of the Battlefords.

12. Ticket purchasers agree that the Rotary Club of the Battlefords may contact them regarding future ticket purchases.

Aug 2026 – TRAVEL VOUCHER – value of $1000.00

Sept 2026 – EXPERIENCE MOOSE JAW – 2 nights at Temple Gardens, 2x adult passes to the Moose Jaw Tunnels and $20.00 free spin play at the Casino. THIS TRIP OR A TRIP OF YOUR CHOICE $1200.00

Oct 2026– CARRIBIAN - 7 Night Trip for 2 to a 4-star rating or higher includes airfare, hotel, airport transfers, all inclusive amenities (Mexico, Cuba, Dominican Republic etc.). THIS TRIP OR A TRIP OF YOUR CHOICE $3000.00

Nov 2026 –TRAVEL VOUCHER - THIS TRIP OR A TRIP OF YOUR CHOICE $1000.00

9. Trip winner must make travel arrangements through Travel More with Les in North Battleford. (Note: Blackout dates do apply to these trips)

10. All trips are for two persons sharing unless otherwise indicated. Trip winner may take trip specified or may opt to use trip value as credit toward a different trip of equal or greater value. Trip winner will be responsible for any extra costs incurred.

11. Trip winners have the option of taking the specified trip or taking a travel voucher of equal value or redeeming the trip for cash. Those trip winners opting to redeem their trip for cash shall be paid 80% of the stated trip value; those who choose a trip or travel voucher are not eligible for any cash surrender value.

12. All trips and accommodations are based on September 2025 rates and are subject to change without notice. Any increase in trip costs shall be borne by the trip winner, or the trip winner may opt for a travel voucher of equal value. Travel vouchers have no cash surrender value.

13. All trips are subject to availability for low season travel and are subject to the terms and conditions of the tour operator. When a trip is not available due to schedule change or cancelation, the trip winner may opt for a travel voucher of equal value. Travel vouchers have no cash surrender value.

14. Trips must be booked and confirmed within one year of the draw date. Trips not booked and confirmed before the deadline date shall be paid out at 80% of the stated trip value. Trips that are booked and confirmed within the year are deemed by Rotary to be taken.

15. Prize winners will be notified by Rotary; their names will be broadcast over CJNB Radio Pattison Media 1711 100th ST North Battleford SK.

16. All unclaimed prizes will be held for one year and then donated to a charity approved by SLGA.

17. Maximum value of all prizes awarded in the regular Trip of the Month Lotto, including Previous Purchasers draws as well as the gift cards is $27,300
