Badlands Amphitheatre 50/50 2026 July Raffle Rules
1. Ticket purchases must be made in Alberta by an adult aged 18 or older at the time of purchase.
2. Tickets may be purchased with cash, major credit, or debit card.
3. Tickets will be available online or in-venue and sold at a rate of:
1 for $10 – 30 packages available
5 for $20 – 510 packages available
20 for $50 – 130 packages available
50 for $100 – 30 packages available
4. Ticket sales will commence on Friday, June 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM and end on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The draw will take place at 605 17 St SW, Badlands Amphitheatre, on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 1:00 PM.
5. The winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of ticket sales up to a maximum of $10,000.00. The prize will be awarded via a cheque to the person named on the ticket. It is a one-time draw.
6. The registered Rafflebox Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) will email all ticket numbers to purchasers. A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw. Data collected online or in person will include the ticket purchaser's full name, phone number, and email address.
7. The winner will be determined by random draw utilizing an Alberta Gaming Liquor Commissions (AGLC) registered through Rafflebox Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generation (RNG).
8. The winner will be contacted by phone and has 30 days to claim their prize. If the prize goes unclaimed after 30 days, a second draw from the same numbers will occur.
9. By playing, you consent to publishing your name and winning number. The winner’s ticket number will appear on rafflebox.ca 24 hours following the draw.
10. Eligible participants associated with the Badlands Amphitheatre who can purchase 50/50 cash raffle tickets are guests, volunteers, board members, and households involved with the Badlands Amphitheatre as long as they are not directly involved with the raffle.
10. Non-eligible participants at the Badlands Amphitheatre who cannot purchase 50/50 cash raffle tickets are licensed charitable organization members, raffle ticket managers, and their immediate family members.
12. In-venue sales are cash only, or guests can scan a QR code and use a credit or debit card.
13. All ticket sales are final. If a raffle is cancelled, it will be publicly advertised that it has been cancelled, and the ticket sales will be refunded within three months.
