Official Rules – AWF Spring 50/50 Raffle
1. The raffle is conducted online through Rafflebox (rafflebox.ca).
2. This raffle includes a 50/50 cash draw. One main prize is available, consisting of 50% of total ticket sales.
3. Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older and located in Alberta at the time of purchase. The name of a minor must not appear on a ticket.
4. Raffle tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. All ticket sales are final.
5. Requests to cancel or refund raffle tickets cannot be accommodated.
6. By purchasing a ticket, entrants consent to the publication of their name and winning ticket number if selected as a winner.
7. Tickets are available online only and may only be purchased within Alberta through the Rafflebox platform.
8. The Raffle Chair and the CEO of the Alberta Fish and Game Association (operating as the Alberta Wildlife Federation), along with individuals directly involved in administering the raffle and their immediate family members, are not eligible to purchase tickets.
9. Ticket sales open April 21, 2026 at 6:00 a.m. and close July 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
10. The final 50/50 draw will take place on July 3, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. and will be conducted electronically through Rafflebox.
11. Winners will be determined by a random draw using an AGLC-registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).
12. Winners will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase. If a winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of the draw date, an alternate winner may be selected.
13. Prize payouts will be issued by cheque and mailed to the address provided at the time of ticket purchase, or set up as an EFT.
14. If more than one name appears on a winning ticket, the prize will be awarded to one individual only. The Alberta Wildlife Federation and AGLC are not responsible for disputes among individuals listed on the ticket.
15. In the event of a power failure or internet outage affecting the electronic raffle, the draw will be completed as soon as services are restored.
16. If total ticket sales do not meet the minimum threshold of $1,600.00, a draw date extension or raffle cancellation may be requested in accordance with AGLC requirements.
17. The total number of tickets available for sale and ticket pricing will be clearly displayed on the Rafflebox platform.
