3️⃣ Sales & Draw Dates 📅

⏰ Ticket sales will end on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 6:00 PM

🎉 The draw will take place at Cedar Secondary on Friday, May 22, 2026 at 12:00 PM

4️⃣ Prize 🌱🚛

The winner will receive a delivered load of 8 yards of top soil from Cinnabar Valley Farms

🎁 There will be 3 winners drawn, with 3 loads available.

5️⃣ Ticket Delivery 📧

All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (Rafflebox).

📮 A physical ticket will not be mailed for this draw.

6️⃣ Winner Selection 🎲

The winners will be determined by a random draw using a registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG). 

7️⃣ Claiming the Prize 📞📩

Winners will be contacted by phone and email.

⏳ Winners have 30 days to claim their prize.

🔁 If unclaimed, a second draw from the same numbers will occur after 30 days.
