The Athabasca Skating Club is excited to announce our 50/50 cash fundraiser!

For over 50 years, the Athabasca Skating Club has been proud to be part of our community, providing a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for skaters of all ages and abilities. From our CanSkate program for beginners to power skating, figure skating and adult skating opportunities, we offer programs designed to help skaters learn, stay active and grow in confidence in a positive, fun environment.

As a non-profit, volunteer-run club, we rely on fundraisers like this raffle to keep skating accessible and affordable for everyone. Funds raised by this raffle will support the Athabasca Skating Club to keep our programs affordable and help offset operational costs such as ice rental fees and coaching. Every ticket purchased will allow our skaters to continue representing Athabasca on the ice.

The draw will take place and the winner announced at our Year End Gala at the Athabasca Regional Multiplex on Monday, March 23, 2026. Tickets will be available from February 1, 2026, to March 18, 2026. The winner will be contacted to claim their prize. Visit www.athabascaskating.club for more details.

Alberta Raffle Rules

1. Players must reside in Alberta, be 18 years or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta Address.

2. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of $5 per ticket

3. Ticket sales will end on March 18, 2026, at 11:59pm with the draw taking place at the Athabasca Regional Multiplex on March 23, 2026.

4. The winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of ticket sales up to a maximum prize of $5,000.00

5. All ticket numbers will be e-mailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.

6. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an Alberta Gaming Liquor Commission (AGLC) registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

7. The winner will be contacted by phone and e-mail. The winner has 30 days to claim their prize, a second draw from the same number will occur after 30 days if the prize goes unclaimed.

8. Draw result will appear under the “Winners” tab found on the main raffle page.

9. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.
