Draw Date:

The lucky winner will be drawn on December 30, 2025 at 3:00 PM — just in time to ring in the New Year with your winnings! No need to be present, as the draw will be conducted online and winner announced on social media.

1. The raffle is being hosted online through RaffleBox (rafflebox.ca).

2. This is a 50/50 cash draw. One prize is available; the winner will receive 50% of total ticket sales.

3. Ticket purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Alberta. The name of a minor must not appear on a ticket.

4. Raffle tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. All sales are final.

5. If a ticket purchaser requests to cancel a raffle ticket for a refund, the request cannot be accommodated as all sales are final.

6. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to having your name and winning ticket number published if you are the winner.

7. Tickets will be sold online only within Alberta through the Rafflebox platform.

8. The Raffle Chair, and CEO of the The Alberta Fish and Game Association (Alberta Wildlife Federation) involved in managing the raffle, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to purchase tickets.

9. Ticket sales close at 11:59 PM on Monday, December 29, 2025.

10. The draw will take place on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 3:00 PM, facilitated electronically through Rafflebox.

11. The winner will be determined by a random draw using an AGLC-registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

12. If the announced winner will be contacted by phone and email. If the winner cannot be contacted within 30-days from the draw date, an alternate winner may be drawn.

13. The winner will be mailed a cheque to the address provided at the time of purchase.

14. If more than one name is written on a winning ticket stub, the prize will be awarded to only one of the individuals named. The Alberta Wildlife Federation and AGLC are not responsible for any disputes among the individuals listed on the ticket stub.

15. In the event of a power failure or internet outage during an electronic raffle, we will complete the draw as soon as services resume.

16. If total ticket sales are below $2,216.00, a draw date extension or raffle cancellation may be requested.

17. The total number of tickets available for sale for each licence, as well as the ticket price, will be clearly stated on the RaffleBox platform.
