Players must, at the time of an online ticket sale, verify that they are
1. At least 18 years of age;
2. Physically present in the State of Alaska
3. Not physically present in an area that has adopted a local option prohibiting charitable gaming.
4. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:
D - 100 for $100.00
C - 20 for $50.00
B - 4 for $20.00
A - 1 for $10.00
5. Ticket sales will take place online. The raffle will end 12:00 p.m. (AKST) Monday, January 26, 2026.
The raffle winner will be selected Monday, January 26, 2026, at 12:01 p.m. (AKST).
6. The grand prize winner will receive 50% of ticket sales. Generally, if you receive $600 or more in gambling winnings, the payer is required to issue you a Form W-2G. If you have won more than $5,000, the payer may be required to withhold 24% of the proceeds for Federal income tax. However, if you did not provide your Social Security number to the payer, the amount withheld will be 28%.
7. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchases by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS), RaffleBox. A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.
8. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).
9. The winner has 90 days to claim their prize. A second draw from the same numbers will occur after 90 days if the award goes unclaimed. The winner will be contacted by email.
10. Draw results will be announced on Alaska Eskimo Whaling Commissions Facebook Page.
11. By playing, you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.
12. There will be no refunds issued under any circumstances.
GENERAL: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold sponsors, its agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and everyone involved in the development, production, or handling of the raffle and their respective directors, officers, employees, volunteers and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of the use of this prize. By participating in the raffle, entrants agree to be bound by the official raffle rules. Decisions are final on all matters relating to this raffle.
