Rules of Play for 50:50 Draw
1. All tickets will be sold only to people who are 18 years of age or older and must use a major credit card of Visa
debit card to purchase. Credit cards used for payment must have an Ontario address.
2. Tickets will be sold online using the electronic lottery system supplied by Rafflebox.
3. Draw will take place in the Province of Ontario on October 26, 2026 at 12:00 P.M.
4. Tickets will be sold at a rate of - 1 for $20; 3 for $50; 7 for $100.
5. After buying, patrons will be provided by the sellers a receipt with their registered numbers from the
electronic raffle system (Rafflebox). No specific numbers can be given as they are issued in sequence of order.
6. The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all lottery
numbers sold for the draw.
7. The draw will be done online (Rafflebox website) and winners will be announced there and on ACCES
Website.
8. Winners may claim their draw winnings by contacting Michelle Moreno at

9. The winning ticket holder has six months to claim their prize from the date of the Draw their ticket was
purchased for.
10. The winner must provide their name, address, and phone number with picture identification for our report
sheet.
11. Once the certified winner is verified, and provides identification with photo ID, they will be given their
corresponding draw winnings. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held
until such identification can be provided.
12. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning number/stub will be kept on file in a secure location
and held for six months. After that time period has elapsed, the prize will be donated to ACCES Employment,
with the approval of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
13. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the draw:
· Residents outside of Ontario
· Anyone under the age of 18
· Or any other restricted members such as the organization’s board members and/or active participants.
