Official Raffle Rules!!

1. Players must be 18 years or older and use a major credit card.

Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta address.

Tickets may only be purchased within the Province of Alberta.

2. All tickets will be sold online and will be available through

Rafflebox (rafflebox.ca) and sold at a rate of:

• 1 for $25.00 – 100 packages available

• 5 for $100.00 – 70 packages available

3. There is only one prize to be won.

2x Weekend passes to the 2026 Canmore Folk Festival and 3 nights' accommodation in Canmore AB during the festival.

(*No cash value. No cash or other substitutions for awarded

prizes.)

4. Ticket sales will end on June 13, 2026, at 07:59 AM with the

draw taking place at 602-7th Avenue, Canmore, AB on March

31st, 2026, at 3:00 PM and will be open to the public.

5. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the

registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical

ticket will not be mailed out for this draw.

6. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an

Alberta Gaming Liquor Commission (AGLC) registered Electronic

Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).

7. The first ticket drawn will be awarded the prize. The winners will be contacted (using the

information provided by the ticket holder) by phone, email or both.

The winner will have 5 days to claim their prize; a

second draw from the same numbers will occur after 7 days if the

prize goes unclaimed.

8. Draw results will appear under the "Winners" tab found on the

main raffle page on Rafflebox.

9. By playing, the ticket purchaser consents to having their name

and/or photograph used in social media, marketing materials and

publications to advertise the raffle and other charitable works of

878 Banff/Canmore Squadron Sponsoring Committee.

10. All ticket purchases are final. There are no refunds.

11. The person(s) drawing the winning number must not hold a

ticket for that draw.

12. Members of the board, volunteers, parents and officers with

878 Banff/Canmore Squadron Sponsoring Committee, and

members of the Air Cadet League of Canada are permitted to

purchase tickets.

13. The personal information provided will be used to contact

prize winners, to contact you regarding related fundraising or

event opportunities, and for the purposes of updating and

maintaining donor and alumni records. The information will be

collected and protected under the provisions of the Freedom of

Information and Protection of Privacy Act of Alberta, Section

33(c).

14. If the electronic draw is unable to proceed due to internet,

power, or other issues that cannot be resolved within one (1) hour

of official draw time. The draw will be conducted within 24 hours

of restoration of services that are preventing the draw from

occurring.
