1. Players must be in Ontario, 18 years or older, and use cash, major credit card, or Visa Debit.
Credit cards used for payment must be in Ontario at the time of Purchase.
2. Tickets will be available online and in venue and sold at a rate of:
• 3 FOR $10.00
• 10 FOR $20.00
• 50 FOR $50.00
• 200 for $100
3. There will be an unlimited number of tickets available for sale until the raffle closes. Each ticket will bear a unique ticket number, and those ticket numbers will be used to determine the winners. Multiple entries obtained in a single transaction will be consolidated into a single receipt at the time of purchase. Ticket Numbers are only valid for the draw date(s) purchased and not for future drawings.
4. The Grand Prize winner will receive 50% of total sales for the draw. The Early Bird winner will receive a $400 Lens Mill Gift Card.
5. The Grand Prize winner and Early Bird winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an AGCO registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).
6. The person(s) drawing the winning number must not hold a ticket for that draw. Volunteers and family members not involved in the draw are eligible to participate. Directors of the board of the society cannot purchase ticket(s) for any raffle.
7. No refunds will be offered.
8. The Grand Prize winner will be paid by cheque in Canadian funds.
9. If the Grand Prize winner is not at the venue at the time of the drawing, we will contact the winner with the contact information they provided us with. The winner will be mailed their prize if they are not on site at the time of the draw.
10. The winning ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning stub will be kept in a safe and held for 6 months. If at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize will be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.
11. Anyone directly involved in the conduct of the lottery is not eligible to purchase tickets.

14. The Early Bird draw will be held Saturday August 29th, 2026 at 9:30pm for the physical early bird prize. Eligibility is for anyone who has purchased a 50/50 draw ticket before 9:00pm on Saturday August 29th, 2026.
15. If the winner of the Early Bird draw is not at the venue at the time of the drawing, we will contact the winner with the contact information they provided us with. The winner will be mailed their prize if they are not on site at the time of the draw.
16. The winning Early Bird ticket holder has 6 months in which to claim their prize from the date of the draw their ticket was purchased for. In the event that no winner comes forward, the winning stub will be kept in a safe and held for 6 months. 17. The winning ticket and winner of the Early Bird prize remains eligible for the grand prize.
18. The Venue refers to both the Bill Gies Recreation Centre during the Fall Fair days (Friday August 28th – Saturday August 29th, 2026) and throughout the village of Wellesley during the Apple Butter & Cheese Festival on Saturday September 26th, 2026.
19. Tickets will be emailed to the purchases at the email provided during the transaction (online or though hand-held devices). A player physically located in the province of Ontario, Canada may purchase the 50/50 tickets for the draw held by the Wellesley North Easthope Agricultural Society (known as Wellesley township Fall Fair) online at www.rafflebox.ca/faffle/wneas
20. All winners (Early bird and main prize) will be announced on the social media accounts (@WellesleyFallFair ; www.facebook.com/wellesleynehfallfair ) and posted on the website www.wellesleynehfallfair.ca
