West Hills United is growing — and we’re inviting you to be part of it.

As our club continues to evolve, we’re excited to announce a strategic partnership with the Argentine Football Association (AFA) to strengthen player development, coaching, and long-term sustainability. You've probably heard of a player named Messi, right? He trains with this program too! While this initiative represents a positive step forward for the club, this fundraiser is dedicated entirely to meeting today’s on-the-ground needs.

That’s where you come in.

This fundraiser directly supports player development, turf access, essential equipment, travel, and overall improvements. Every ticket purchased helps us provide better training environments, more opportunities for our players, and a stronger future for West Hills United.

West Hill United Soccer Club RAFFLE RULES

1. Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older, and the name of a minor must not be written on the ticket. If it is determined prior to the draw that a ticket has been issued to a minor, the ticket is deemed void and the purchaser refunded.

2. Draws are open to the public and players must reside in Alberta, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or MasterCard Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have an Alberta Address.

3. Tickets will be available online and sold at a rate of:

• 1 for $10 – 5,500 ($55,000) Tickets available

• 4 for $20 – 5,000 ($25,000) Tickets available

• 20 for $50 – 4,000 ($10,000) Tickets available

• 100 for $100 – 9,900 ($9,900) Tickets available

4. If 50% of the tickets are not sold by May. 15, 2026 @ 11:59pm, then the draw will be extended, upon AGLC approval.

5. Ticket sales will end on Jun 30, 2026 at 12pm with the draw taking place at Lennox Irish Pub, 5909 Signal Hill Centre SW, Calgary, AB, T3H 3P8, on Jun 30, 2026. The winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of ticket sales up to a maximum of $49,950.

6. On May 4, 2026, at Lennox Irish Pub (5909 Signal Hill Center SW, Calgary, AB, T3H 3P8), there will be early bird draws for prizes and each ticket is only eligible to win one of the early bird prize. Winning tickets will be returned to the main draw (please note that all ticket purchasers will have access to win the grand prize aka the 50/50 draw).

The prizes will be drawn in order as shown below:

1. A signed FC Barcelona Hat, Brand New, $100

2. West Hills United Gear (Backpack, Scarf, Hat, Hoodie), Brand New, $160

3. Peak Fitness Private Session, $100

4. Signed Christine Sinclair Canada jersey, Brand New, $250

5. Panorama Advisory group - Complimentary financial plan, $4000

There will be no cash alternatives for the prizes.

7. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchases by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw **

8. The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing an Alberta Gaming Liquor Commission (AGLC) registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG). **

9. There is no one prohibited from purchasing raffle tickets from West Hills United Soccer Club.

10. All ticket sales are final.

11. If more than one name is written on a winning ticket stub, the prize will be awarded to only one of the individuals named on the ticket stub. Neither the West Hills United Soccer Club nor AGLC is responsible for any disputes among the individuals whose names are written on the ticket stub.

12. The winner has 90 days from the applicable draw date to claim their prize. After 90 days if the prize goes unclaimed, the prize or cash equivalent to the MSRP will be donated to a charitable beneficiary approved by AGLC.

13. Draw results will appear under the "Winners" tab found on the main raffle page.

14. In the event of a power failure, then draw will be completed as soon as power is restored.

15. By playing you consent to having your name and winning numbers published.
