50/50 Raffle Rules
1. Players must reside in Ontario, be 18 years or older, and use a major credit card, Visa Debit or Master Card Debit. Credit cards used for payment must have an Ontario Address.
2. Tickets will be available for sale online and we reserve the right to make in-person ticket sales available at special events.
3. Tickets will be sold at a rate of:
- 1 ticket for $5.00
- 3 tickets for $10.00
- 10 tickets for $20.00
- 100 tickets for $100.00
4. Ticket sales will end on the Tuesday before the LAST Wednesday of each month at 11:59PM, with the draw taking place at Wilmot Heritage Fire Brigades, 10 Bell Drive Baden, Ontario on the LAST Wednesday of each month at approximately 7:30 p.m.
5. The winner will receive a cash prize of 50% of ticket sales.
6. All ticket numbers will be emailed to ticket purchasers by the registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) (Rafflebox). A physical ticket will not be mailed out for this draw
7. The winner will be determined by a random draw, utilizing an Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) registered Electronic Raffle Supplier (ERS) Random Number Generator (RNG).
8. The winner will be contacted by phone and email. The winner has 6 months to claim their prize. Any prizes which are not claimed must be secured or placed in safekeeping for a period of six (6) months from the date of the draw. If at the end of six (6) months the prize has still not been claimed, the prize or monies equivalent to the fair market value of the prize must be donated to a beneficiary approved by the licensing authority.
9. Ticket sales will begin again on the 1st of each month for the next draw.
10. By purchasing a ticket you consent to allow Wilmot Heritage Fire Brigade to use your name, image and winning numbers, published without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle.
11. WHFB members and their immediate family, living in the same residence are not eligible to purchase tickets in WHFB lottery.
